instantly got my follow when he said they throw you out their with the wolfs 100% true also about the first month this is my second month at a dealership did one place then went to another dealer first place didnt give a damn about me this one im at is very supportive... first month was hard talking to people but soon as i went to the other dealership i was def walking up to many more people.. also had many many people walk out but (i belive it gets better as you keep getting no's) and ask millions of stupid questions even if they get frustrated

I love cars and I love helping people find cars that fit their needs but trying to force people to buy the second they show up to look at cars is absurd. I got a few friends who sell cars and all of them hate it bc their bosses make them pressure people which is not how u make sales. When I car shop if I even sense pressure being put on me I leave instantly and tell them that I feel pressured by their poor sales skills and find a different dealer. Cool job ruined by people who already got money.
