That was a baby , the gorog was actually pray for packs of ram ore so unfortunately if it was a fully grown rancor the gorog would have backed down

What about the Chrysalis Rancor?A rancor mutated by Sith alchemy, which served as a guard to his citadel on Byss during Dark Empire.
