Hi! I’m glad you liked it! The most important for cutting weight is being active if you don’t do 10k step a day you are missing out ! You can literally eat the same and loose fat by just waking more

i have long femur, should i give a try to sumo (i have around 240kg conv and the max i ever did in sumo was 200) it felt weird in the hips though
