It's funny how Yugi said Pegasus was cheating even when the millennium puzzle has the power to make the wearer luck based on how dire the situation is.
Pegasus cheats in a way the viewers can tell but with Yugi it's harder to tell if his luck during most draws is because of the millennium puzzle.
SN: I don't know if all Yu-gi-oh protag has this but I do Yugi, Jaden, and Yuma has the power to will the card they need to be drawn/create.
Yeah I'm pretty sure Yami has the ability to will what card he gets. Hence the DRAW MONSTER CARDO during oraclacos arc.

Okay I know I'm gonna get some slack for this but why is atem ( yami yugi's real name btw) called the evil sprit when he never was in both the Manga and cartoon (and yes Yu-Gi-Oh is a cartoon not an anime)
During these times , Pegasus didn't know Atem is the Pharaoh. So maybe that's dubbed accordingly😅 He thinks he s an ordinary spirit trapped in puzzle.

Yugi may be cheating from a tournament sign up perspective, but Yami mostly plays as an individual duelist. Ignoring heart of the cards and the writers breaking actual in-game rules, he doesn't cheat. No more than anyone else does at least.
Pegasus though? That is flat out fucking cheating. Him using magical abilities doesn't make it any less unfair than if he had a camera to look at the other person's hand and the cards they have face down.
Hell man anyone could do that with card data on a dueling website if they had the means.
