#4 didn't work with me. I was considered as his best friend, never led ino the sex part, & he ended up ghosting anyway. I think that's what broke the camels back cause he knew the friendship wasn't going to go any further unless he became a bf or exclusive which he didn't want. So that's why he ignored me. Was into being casual & I wanted something more. That's it..

2. Respect your decision too( your not a toy once they go don’t welcome them back unless it’s an emergency or genuine reason)

Yes!! Number 2!! There is no "winning" a man back who ignored you. Let him go. I don't care how serious you thought the relationship was or how much you think you like him or think he's the one. If he ignores you, you have dodged a bullet. He has told you what his character is, and he doesn't want you. He wants to manipulate you. If I might add.. if it fell through, it’s not the relation you’re hoping for. There’s a reason it’s not working. If the two of you are really meant to be, it will just work. If you’re at the point of needing to ‘’correct’’ someone’s behavior by ignoring them, it’s an indication the synastry between the two of you is not working and most likely will never work. …no matter how hot the chemistry is. It’s no ones fault. Just release it and thank heavens for the opportunity to find the relation you do hope for. Wish them the best and also yourself! No one has to be guilty of anything. No one is guilty of ‘’being mean’’ to you if it just doesn’t jive. So much that bothers people about another is simply personality differences.

I’m exactly in the same boat with my husband. Before I got married I was so secure about myself. Now later in our marriage the man I love is acting like “I’m just here” I feel I am being taken for granted. I know he loves me just does not show it like he use to- and acts like he don’t know why I am sad and depressed right now. He was/is my first real boyfriend and first time I ever fell in love with anyone- and I get so sad sometimes I regret falling in love. I want to ignore his bad behaviour but it is so hard to. The man I’m seeing now ended our relationship just after Xmas, I instantly stopped contacting him. Within 3 weeks he was back, he hated it, in those 3 weeks he messaged me twice, the first one I was distant and not bothered, the second one he said he missed me, had feelings for me and doesn’t want to loose me. 3 week rule works x

Thank you so much for this video I needed this so hard, I was ignored three year relationship for no reason at all, I even asked why but got no reply, my emotions showed and I sent a message of going on how horrible of a person he is and now I’ve walked away.
