right?! I used to use a handheld milk frother and usually would have some clumps still, but the shaker bottle makes it SO easy

How's the sweetness level on this?
I took a shamrock chocolate protein shake, added a table spoon of cocoa powder to it, froze it overnight and then spun it twice on light. The texture was great and it was very creamy but it was highly lacking in chocolate flavor, about a 2/10. Think I'll add monk fruit drops to it next time to see if that helps, and more cocoa powder. I need flavor, not just texture and and creaminess(flavor strength was about a 2/10). I know freezing things causes them to be less sweet. Some people can make these things SUPER HEALTHY. Me, I like a little xanatham gum, munk fruit, vanilla extract(if its vanilla), or extra cocoa powder with the munk fruit to really enhance chocolate flavor. I'm sure adding 5-10 drops of monk fruit to whatever flavor the protein powder is will help alot.

When I’ve made them with just protein + water, I can def tell the sweetness goes down. In this recipe, I find that the yogurt flavor overpowers the protein flavor, and it takes on a slight tang from the yogurt too. I’ve tried raspberry chocolate yogurt with the cookies & cream, and just prepped an apple pie yog + birthday cake and a tiramisu yog + chocolate - I’ll report back how they turn out! But overall I’ve liked the sweetness the yogurt adds to the Creami

@@dlomein yeah, I was afraid of the yogurt kind changing the flavor of the ice cream. I think all protein creami ice creams(for me) are typically the same formula. Fat free fairlife milk, xya protein flavor, monk fruit to enhance sweetness since freezing lowers the sweetness, 1/2 tea spoon xanthan gym. If it's a vanilla Flavored protein powder, you can add pure vanilla extra with the munk fruit, if it's a chocolate protein powder you can add more cocoa powder with munk fruit. I tend to stay away from all the pudding mixes as maltodextrin spikes blood sugar more than sugar itself. But yeah, that's the formula I follow. Just change the protein powder out, add vanilla or cocoa powder depending on the flavor profile. I just got mine 3 days ago lol. Although, my sister bought the base model for me and it scratched the inside of one of my pints ON THE VERY FIRST SPIN(it was frozen level and not over filled) so, I'm returning it, and my sister bought me the deluxe instead which I heard has a much less instance of this happening
