Grease: The best grease to use is the grease supplied by Energy Suspension or Prothane.
I believe it is called Formula 5 grease. I feel Marine grease is the next best because of anti-corrosion properties, or I have used Super Lube white grease and it's pretty good.

Informative video! I've recently pinpointed the cause of a low-speed squeak on my Deavers as coming from the front bushings. I hit them with some white lithium grease spray, which helped, but only temporarily. How would you go about tackling that issue?
