Great job man! My ebrake is a little loose. I just bought one of those retention springs at 6:09 in. For some reason it comes with a left and right spring. Any ideas if I need both? My parking brake is on the rear right so I'm assuming I will only need the rear right spring? I'm hoping it tightens mine up a little. I might adjust the cables as well but I don't think I will need to replace mine. Thanks for any info on the spring(s).
My only question is why the bracket that holds both the heads of the e brake in the middle console falls more more to one side? Is it so that it can apply even pressure since one side may be shorter naturally ?
