That's true, outsourcing projects are available in the developed countries. Now these are filled mostly by Indians. FYI - If anyone wants to migrate it is important to know - Graduate diploma means in a Western country is a diploma (similar to postgraduate) higher than a bachelor's degree. It is a bridging course to enter into a new career path. In order to be a software engineer or a system analyst, or similar, a degree is the requirement. With experience, and a degree, yes IT professionals can earn at least Rs. 1,700,000 (before tax 20-30%).

UGC website එකේ නැති කිසිම degree course එකක් කරන්න එපා. මොකද ඒවා valid නෑ. දෙමව්පියෝ මහන්සියෙන් හොයපු සල්ලි මේ වගේ වංචාකාරයන්ට අහුවෙලා නාස්ති කරගන්න එපා. අනිත් එක Software Engineering කියන එක හැමෝටම කරන්න පුලුවන් දෙයකුත් නෙවෙයි.
