i had a live cd where it said lol "a woman needs a man, like - edge needs a handy cam'...........thats one of the things i loved about U2, probably one of the most spontaneous bands ever and of course alot of on the spot music and lyric changing in a split second came from bono, its cool, they always if they fucked up found a way fast to cover it or make it look like it was part of the show and you couldnt even tell something was wrong, shit bono was all over the place constantly like d l roth
I wouldn't be surprised if this song returns to their live set next time U2 tours . . . depending on the theme of the new album/tour of course. But I could see it maybe coming back.
@Rebecca. Dont feel bad for Bono He got in trouble for this recording. The reason why it was left off the Zooropa Sydney video is because it was later revealed the girl was only 16 at the time drinking champaign on stage. Still a great performance and of course she seemed a pro already didn't she?
I was at the Zoo TV concert in Birmingham AL back in 93 and it was the best show I ever saw. I guarantee that 16 year old girl talks about this to this day.
