- 👋 Here is the 2024 BMW M340i Sedan! One of the coolest sport sedans on the market! The 2024 BMW M340i packs the B58 engine paired to a mild hybrid system. With 382 Horsepower and 369 torque, the M340i can do 0-60 in 4 seconds! This 2024 BMW M340i was finished in Mineral White Metallic over the Cognac Sensatec leather interior. I really like the shadow line package with all the black accents for the exterior and wheels! The M compound brakes have the red calipers and overall this is a sharp looking sedan! Driving the BMW M340i is about what you would expect. It's an easy car to drive and very smooth and comfortable. Tech works well and doesn't take too long to figure out the big screen. I like the power you get out of the B58 engine with the mild hybrid system. Very smooth delivery and you can tell the M340i has a perfect blend of comfort and performance. This car is also not too aggressive for daily driving. In comfort mode it feels like a basic 3 series. So very easy to live with on the day to day. Significantly different than an M3 for sure!

Man this car is sick! 330i or M340i can’t go wrong either way! I ended up going for a G60 540i for more of a balance between comfort and performance leaning more to the comfort side. I found the 3 series to be a bit too cramped inside for long trips and also felt more of an urge to drive it aggressively.

I believe the fake exhaust note can be disable within the infotainment. I rented a 330i awhile back and they also have that fake sound coming from the speakers. Overall, excellent car and planning to get one after some depreciation :)
Yep - it's called "iconic sounds" in the settings and can be disabled, thankfully. So a non-issue!
@@Bmanhp thought it has to be Bimmer coded. Dealer told me you can't turn it off through the settings. They said Iconic sounds just changes how loud it is when you're in different modes but that a customer can't defeat it without special tools.
@@StlPike2004 could be, I only test drove a 2024 and disabling it seemed to work but I didn't have that much time with the vehicle to test the full impact of on vs off.
@@StlPike2004 Iconic sounds will turn on in sport/sport+ mode. If you drive in comfort or eco pro, you don't hear any amplified sounds from the speakers. You do have the option in the infotainment to disable the iconic sound, but they make it a little complicated to dig around the infotainment...
@PandaPhood noted, I recently test drove one a couple months ago and they said you can't disable it unless you binmer code it. They said "we didn't say that" but aftermarket tools can turn it off.
