Steve Buscemi plays crazy real well. Especially on 9/11 when he went back to work with the FDNY for a few months without even hesitating.

And it’s funny because he wasn’t even violent and he didn’t act that crazy. He had a whole tea party with a little girl in a trailer park in the middle of nowhere, then ended up in Vegas on the craps table 😂 He had way more sense than the criminals on that plane!

He’s seen The Rock, but I do know as far as Cage movies Raising Arizona is coming up relatively soon I believe.
How bout Face/Off? That movie is amazing.
Snake Eyes and 8 Millimeter are good Nick Cage flicks.
One of his best for sure. And one of my favorite Connery roles. And honestly I'm not a huge fan of him.
"You broke out, let me see if I can get this straight, down the incinerator chute on the minecar, through the tunnels to the power plant, under the steam engine- that was really cool by the way- and into the cistern through the intake pipe but how in the name of Zeus's BUTTHOLE did you get out of your cell!?" 😂😂 Best line in that movie.
I'm 6 ft 5 inches and when I retired from the Army was 300 lbs. I saw a punk kid park in a handicapped spot while I was on my way into the store. He got out of the car and I asked him if he was handicapped. He smarted off saying NO! Then I said "Do you want to be?" as I stared down at him. He moved the car without another word.

This is one of those movies that I will turn on and watch, no matter how far along it already is. Same with 'Starship Troopers', lol.

I think he’s seen that, but I’ll have to double check. I know he’d only seen about 3-4 Nic Cage movies when he watched this, and it was The Rock, the National Treasures, and Face/Off I know for sure. I think he’s seen Gone in 60 Seconds but if not it’ll def be on the list.

Mykelti Williamson aka Bubba is also in Truth or Consequences, N.M. It came out the same year as Con Air. It also has Kiefer Sutherland and is directed by Kiefer Sutherland. If you want to see a movie that Bubba is smart in.

When I saw this film when it came out that little girl was all I cared about as well until she popped up
The hotel the plane crashes into in Vegas was The Sands. It was semolished shortly after this movie came out.
I have handicap plates because of my disability. I hate it when I see perfectly able people with no handicap plates or placards park in handicap zones so I am always happy when that jerks car goes whoosh up in the air then boom into the ground.
As somebody who grew up with a little brother who was in a wheelchair, I've always been against any able bodied person taking a space.
I honestly broke up with a girl one time bc every time we went somewhere she did that shit.

OK, I waited halfway through to ask why you never mentioned anything when you saw John Cusack. You were saying how you recognized alot of faces but werent saying names. JUST so you're aware~Danny Trejo has done OVER 300 movies! That's more than John Wayne! He said about this movie a lot of the guys had huge egos! He said it was really ridiculous because it was almost as if one guy spit the other guy was like hey look I can speak further than you! If one guy said oh I'm so tough... Somebody else came out with them on top of the you why did this this and that! In the middle of all this bragging that was going on Nicolas Cage stepped up and said listen guys I got one thing to say. The ONLY person I'm scared of here is Danny!!! 😂 Whenever you get the chance you can watch him talking about it a bunch of his other movies including Machete. It's all in a documentary that was made about him called INMATE NUMBER 1. YUP! Because for many years in this business you never had a name. He was always inmate number one, tough guy number 1, Cholo number one, gang member number one. It was only until he was in a movie with Charles Bronson that he actually had a name in the credits. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE AND RESPECT DANNY TREJO SO MUCH! He is a tough dude who came up from nothing, was a seriously tough dude, turned his life around AND gives back so much to a lotta people. Once he got out of prison... AND gained his sobriety was when he became a totally different person. He also went through a lot as he aged~he beat cancer. Many people don't even realize this but he doesn't use a stunt double! HE NEVER REALLY HAS~HE WORKS OUT EVERY SINGLE DAY JUST LIKE HE USED TO IN PRISON! He is really one bad ass OG for real! He spends a lot of time going all over California going back into juvenile facilities. He also goes back into prisons to speak to groups. He goes to talk about changing your ways from violence and leaving the gang life. You're supposed to talk to groups about getting your sobriety leaving drugs and alcohol behind. So between shooting movies, THIS IS what he does in his time off. As someone who's a former addict that's impressive because it's what we're supposed to do. We tell our stories to others cuz there's no shame in our game as the expression goes. But but it comes to more well-known people, MANY of them don't talk about their experience except very briefly. It's really more just brought up in the form of interviews when people review how their careers got to the point of that interview. MOST of them don't give back either when it comes to drug and alcohol outreach. Sun-maid donate, but when it comes to boots-on-the-ground outreach and involvement? That's when you really don't see these people around. YET here's a guy like I said, has done more movies the one of the most popular actors ever! HE make sure that he takes the come out of his schedule to connect with people like he feels he is supposed to. People ALSO don't realize that there's a whole generation that actually knows him from a children's movie...YUP! I KNEW A LOT already when I started watching this documentary on him. But I did end up learning a whole lot more that I thought what went on with him when it comes to his accomplishments. He doesn't do the Hollywood thing at all~lives in the house he grew up in. He's a HUGE dog lover and has a few that you see him playing with and hugging and kissing on film like a little kid. If you get to watch it you'll see a whole different side to him AND a level of dedication that'll amaze you. I mean JUST from the fact that AS A MAN IN HIS 70'S...HE NEVER has to physically train to get ready for a role! I'll tell you right now, that old dude can come and get it off me any day of the week if he wants it! 😂 #NYGenXBIKERLady

The charters in this movie are all so good, never would have thought Cage and Cusack would go together so well. And the awesome Ving is not in enough movies, I love his character in Striptease, he's effortlessly funny, endearing and tough all at once.

Yeah, there's really a Con Air plane that transports prisoners. Though the movie is pretty inaccurate on how they conduct things.
There's an ex-jewel thief on TH-cam named Larry Lawton who had been on it multiple times as a prisoner, and he has a movie review where he tells you all about it.

Ok, so in case it got deleted, to just add again (for yer records), I'll list the rom-com/comedy flicks from before: Four Weddings & A Funeral, The Commitments, Remains of the Day, Stranger Than Fiction, Fly Away Home, Bridget Jones Diary, Moonstruck, Baby Boom.
If you want to continue with Nic Cage, try his Moonstruck, pretty much the gold standard of rom-coms. Not tears-in-your-eyes kind of laughter, but still dang good. Otherwise, if you know Notting Hill (also cute), the same writer did Four Wedding and A Funeral, so good. You don't even have to do these for yer channel, i suggest these for you to just kick back on yer own time and enjoy.
OH... btw, my fave is a 2006 french rom-com called Priceless... you might find it on Amazon Prime I think... -ENJOY!
