    I enjoy your videos, you do a good job of breaking down the components of the joints. FYI-- olecranon is pronounced "0h-lek kra-non"

    Thank you! I've been trying to figure out exactly what it's called where I have an injury to explain to a Dr. I got it holding up a battery-powered tree limb trimmer above my head for many hours one day a few years back. (it was a fun project with a new toy). However, I screwed up what I think to believe is the medial posterior bundle? It an odd injury/pain. Comes and goes with only certain types of movement. Never after golfing, but def after even the lightest dumbbells weights. Kind of a bummer. Thanks again for your site. I plan to watch more!

    I had a bad motorbike accident, smashed my elbow up pretty good. I've had radial head replacement.. Will I ever have full/normal use? I've had different doctors tell me different things.

    Hello my lateral epicondylitis on my right outside elbow has been hurting for the past two months. I found that sometimes it will take 6 to 12 months to heal. Having to use my right arm constantly does not help and hitting it on door frames is a straight setback ouch lol... Can you discuss how to alleviate the pain associated with lateral epicondylitis. Thanks.

    • @EduardoMartinez-ys6fb
      @EduardoMartinez-ys6fb หลายเดือนก่อน

      Massage of the extender muscles can help relieve the excess tension they are putting on the lateral epicondyle. Massage along the muscle rather than transversally and there are arm aids that you can buy to help you do this. Not a quick fix and it can take months.

    Radius vs ulna: with arm outstretched, palm up, rotate the hand so that the palm points down. Doing this, the wrist-end of the radius moves in a semicircle _around_ the ulna, demarcating the _radius_ of the movement.
    It's a _funny_ bone: "olecranon" => *oh - **_lek_** - ruh - non* or *oh - li - **_krey_** - non* IPA: */ oʊˈlɛk rəˌnɒn /* or */ˌoʊ lɪˈkreɪ nɒn /*
    from New Latin, itself from Greek *ὠλέκρᾱνον ōlékrānon* _point of the elbow,_ short for ōlenókrānon, equivalent to ōlén(ē) _elbow_ + -o-o- + krān(íon) _head_ [ viz. _cranium_ ]

      @aaronayubasamaila8821 17 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Funny enough you didn't pay attention to the video. He was discussing the Interosseous membrane which holds the radius and ulnar together. It's a fibrous (syndesmosis) joint.
