There is a lot to hear from arknights and i end forgeting about them xD but maybe you could hear Awaken, Revealing, Thorns in You, Stainless Heart as someone said. Its a bit hard to pick because i feel they are more focused in the vocals rather than the instrument but aside of that all arknights songs are really great when you listen to them as a whole.

The mid section has influences from Phantom of the Opera, which is where the midi/guitar/percussion is coming from. Arknights compositions are in general known to combine genres, however.
Other commenters have said as much already, but there's such a variety in Arknights music that you could fall in love with like half the soundtrack. My personal favorite track is And Yet it Wanes, and I think you'd have a lot of fun with that one

the first couple of bars of this song are literally just Schuberts Ständchen. They even share the name :)
The non classical part is plot relevant. The protagonist uses the drum to piss off the sounds in his mind
