Mike did an amazing Job!!!!!!! To not be a trained carpenter it is outstanding!! Even he he was a professional Contractor astonishing! I cannot believe it took a year. I remember when you needed it done within 3 months and I thought you were naive. However my husband is a contractor and has been for 45 years and what Mike, Megan and the boys accomplished in a years time is amazing! Over the top amazing at mankind's ability to accomplish all these dreams with a family and the tenacity to keep at it when it seems so overwhelming. Love, honor, goodness and will power to continue to learn and please built this home with inbuilt tenacity of the love of family and life...........................what a trip! I believe so many are capable with skills they don't even realize. When all is said and done, would you do it again? Yes, I think so as the inspiration also makes many of us accomplish our dreams. So thrilled for all of you and can't wait for the next video!!!!! Hard work pays off! I was so addicted to watching these videos in 2023 that I knew about when I could expect a new one. I would constantly check my phone for a new video if you were off schedule. It was I was having withdrawals.

It truly was a labor of love from each and everyone involved. The children have been so involved helping, Mike’s amazing (newly acquired, in most cases) carpentry skills and Megan’s incredible ability to pull it all together.

Wow, it looks gorgeous! I grew up across the street from this house. The people that lived there were my Uncle, Aunt and 4 cousins so this was very emotional for me to watch as I have many memories of spending the night there and being there almost as much as my own home. You did a beautiful job is all I can say.
