I did this twice a day for 22 days and let me tell you I did see a difference. I could actually see my abs and I was much more toned. I think I might've lost a pound or 2 but I originally weigh like 125 pounds. I loved the results (I could see my abs😆)! It takes dedication though and once you start, you just gotta keep going. You all got this!

I think it would be more awesome if u did like an ab video like this one and then a cardio one. That way more of the body would get worked out. I would do it like that, if i was to do a 22 day challenge again :)
Great workout and amazing instructors! I like how you guys coach through each workout emphasizing the right form not rushing ! Those yoga stretches at the end were the most difficult for me to maintain lol respect!
This was a great workout! Minimal rest times so I was always engaged but just enough to let my muscles relax before going at it again, I didn't think it was too hard but was surprised when I looked at my watch and I had burned 260 calories! The workout went by really fast but was super effective!

@@medinah1032 Depends, I have seen loss in belly fat though. I have lost about 5-8 pounds in a week and I have felt great! You definetly noticed changes in your stomach, like the fat layer I used to have. I did this workout like 1-3 times a day. I really do recommend ☆(
Your first day should be your hardest but the second and continuing should get easier and easier each day but in about a week your body should get use to working out but t do what you can do just don't stop just continue even if you can't get pass 20 but eventually you will pass 20 and don't even realize you did

Does that mean you ONLY do the ab workout and no other exercise? I'm trying to do abs, cardio and strength. I only have enough energy for 40 minutes.
