I’ve had 3 spinal surgeries and I’m in my 40s. so I’d say I’ve gotten pretty damn far in my journey to recovery and actually amazed I am able to finally do workouts I’d never thought I’d be able to do again. Thank you for helping me along to prove that with the power of your mind and determination you can overcome battles. These workouts have changed my life. Thank you. Very grateful I am.

Wow first try i did it all but let me tell u this doesnt compare with running or even jumping rope. This is just WOW. Feels amazing after u done it with that cooldown.Thank u and i cant waot for the next session! 🙏
1. drop lunge 2. burpee crunch 3. plank jack hop 4. step to jump squat 5. pop jack 6. triceps press back . 3 circuits of all these exercises with warm up and cool down
