Right now, I'm into cheese making and not yogurt, only because I can at this time get the yogurt I need at a good price. But that could change. But, with your recipes I can make both at anytime!     I tried this before, and it turned out great. Not sure what happen now kc hindi sya nagbubuo. Pede ko ba irecook ung milk or waste na sya?

      Baka Yung yogurt brand na gamit mo magka iba. Usually discard ko na pag di nabuo. It happens to me before when I change brand of yogurt. Not pure Greek yogurt I had bought before. Live good bacteria is not present anymore.

      @@MaiGoodness miss Mai ask ko lang kung mag wowork kaya kapag yung Emborg brand ng yogurt ang ginamit ko yung plain lang..twice ko na kasi ginawa eh hindi ko magawa ng tama kahit follow ko steps by steps. Hindi sya nagiging yogurt at napapanis po. Ano kaya ginagawa kong mali? Pls reply. Thanks in advance!

      Mahal ang emborg eh, nestle usually gamit ko.
      Baka hindi mo nalagyan ng tela para hindi tumulo yung pawis ng takip sa mixture. Room temperature ba ang yogurt mo? Anong milk gamit mo at brand?

      @@MaiGoodness yung emborg ang ginamit ko, yun lang kasi available na pwede ideliver sa area ko. May nabasa akong comment sa ibang video na ilang beses din nag try gumawa ng yogurt na hindi successful pero nung nagpalit ng brand ng yogurt nag work, kaya curious ako baka need ko ng ibang brand. Naglagay din ako ng tela. Or baka hindi ko na temper yung mother yogurt bago ko hinalo lahat? Anyways magttry ulit ako.... sana mag work na kasi gusto ko ma try yung cream cheese recipe mo ang galing talaga hehe thank you! Naisip ko din pala pwede siguro yun sour cream bago ma totally drain yung liquid (whey) siguro half way pag medyo soft pa yung cream cheese?

      Yap temper mo muna ang yogurt kasi para hindi mabigla at mamatay ang good bacteria. pag masyado namang mainit ang milk mo nung nilagyan mo ng yogurt puede din mamatay, dapat lukewarm.

      Naggawa ako ng cream cheese pure milk nmn nilagay ko 3 tbsp lemon..after wards blender ko with a pinch salt...

      Konti lang kasi nakukuhang cream cheese pag patakan ng lemon. Eto kasi pinadami ko using yogurt.

      Sa cream cheese mga 2 weeks at basta hindi mapatakan ng water like nilalagyan ko ng cloth o tissue bago takpan. Whey can last for a month.

      1 week lang, unless cover mo ng cheesecloth para walang moist o water drip galing sa takip, it could last for 2 weeks.

    Hi po. Goodevening. Gumawa po ako nito for 2 liters, ilang days po kaya aantayin ko bago maging yogurt? Maulan pa man din po ngayon.

      Dapat mga 24 hrs up to 36 hrs lang. Yung iba nilalagyan ng maiinit na towel yung palogid ng kaserola, or ilalagay sa kulob na lugar like loob ng oven or microwave. Check mo after 24 hrs kung parang ala taho na ang texture.

      After ma strain at matanggal ang whey. Mix 1 tsp of iodized salt. Mix it thoroughly.

      Yes puede mag add ng sugar or any fruit, it adds as preservatives din pag may sugar. 2 weeks shelf life, make sure na hindi mapatakan ng tubig.

      Dapat hindi malamig ang yogurt mo at maligamgam ang milk. Tapos pag di nabuo ilagay mo sa isang kulob na lugar kagaya ng loob ng oven or microwave kasi maulan ngayon or sa styro box. Kailangan kasi medyo maiinit para mag multiply ang good bacteria ng yogurt pag malamig natutulog sila.

    Sis nag gawa ako nian creamy naman xia kaso medio sour xia. At dinagdagan ko ng asin ganun pa din..saan kaya para matanggal un asim nia.hinhanap ko pa din un lasa ng philadelphia cream cheese ..😊

    Hello Ma'am nag try po akong gumawa
    2 liters of full-cream milk
    4 packs of alsaka 33g powdered milk
    1 pack of greek yogurt
    I did follow everything sa preparation po
    waited 50 minutes to cool it down or at least maligamgam na yung milk (wala po ako thermometer)
    ginawako around 6pm kahapon time check today 12 noon liquid parin sya..
    Please Help po.

      Medyo matagal mo pina cool down. Takpan mo lang ng mas malaki para makulob at mag init. Matagal din talaga kasi 2 liters. 24hrs minimum pag 2 liters.

      Ako gingawa ko nun maligamgam na xia sinalin ko na s medium jar nilagay ko xia sa microwave at binalot ko xia ng towel,tas s ibabaw nilagyan ko ng hot pack water after 8 0r 12 hours ok na xia firm na😊

      Yap puede yun. Kailangan mainit environment para madali mag multiply ang good bacteria.

      Wala syang amoy, medyo maasim konti lasa. Kung nakakain ka na ng yogurt ganon dapat lasa.

      Medyo matagalan ka pero puede kasi yung good bacteria matagal bago nya ma infect yung 2 liters of milk kasi madami nga. Basta maayos at warm ang environment para mabilis lang kagaya sa video ko.

      Basta malinis ang pagkagawa at walang basa yung pinaglagyan, more than 2 to 3 weeks. Di ko pa na extend yung sa akin ng 3 weeks kasi ubos na.

      7 days sa chiller, make sure malinis lagayan at walang basa. Kayang tumagal ng more than 7 days kaya lang yung moist na natulo sa cheese pag naka ref ang nagpapa molds sa kanya. Kaya yung iba binabalot nila ng cheese cloth.

      Hindi ko pa kasi na encounter na mapait yung cream cheese ko. Hindi ko ma determine, pero isa lang yan na puedeng nangyari. Either may dumi or may basa sa pinaglagyan mo ng cream cheese kaya na alter ang lasa.

      Iniiwasan ko gimamit ng pascual. Kaya hanap talaga ako nestle. Pero check mo muna pag totally na drain na. Puede rin yung pinaglagyan mo habang nag fermentation. Baka pinaglutuan ng anything na kumapit yung lasa sa kaserola

      Hi, 7 days lang sa ref. Kaya pag gagawa ka dapat gamitin agad kasi madaling mag molds lalo na kung may nasamang tubig or nagpawis sa ref. Kaya yung iba nilalagay sa cheese cloth para tumagal sa ref.

      Pag sobrang init puedeng mapatay ang good bacteria, remember dumadami sila sa warm environment but not hot. Lagyan mo.ulit ng yogurt pag maligamgam na and keep it that way.

      Try mong ibabad sa mainit na tubig yung lagayan nya. It needs to be warm at saka baka malamig yung yogurt mo nung nilagaya kaya hindi nag multiply ang good bacteria

      Yung powdered milk isinama mo dapat sa pagluto. Tapos nung maligamgam na sala inihalo ang yogurt. Kungbhindi pa din nabubuo na parang taho, mag init ka tubig tapos ipatong mo don yung mixture mo para medyo mainitan ang mixture at mag activate ang good bacteria. Minsan 24hrs kasi malamig ngayon.

      Mga 2 weeks po basta salang sala at naalis ang whey. Dapat malinis ang pinaglalagyan at pinatuyo bago ilagay ang cream cheese kasi wala itong preservatives.

      Medyo malamig ngayon, dapat laging warm yung milk, pag hindi na mainit puede mo ipatong sa mainit na water, water bath. Kasi dapat mainit init temperature para mag multiply bacteria sa yogurt.

Just like what I've told po sa message ko sainyo, nilipalat ko na po sya sa mas manipis na tela the other day and medyo dumami na po ang na filter nya na whey. However, it's not the same with your amount of whey na nakuha nyo po with 2 bowls. :( siguro po yung akin, wala pa po sa kalahati ng isang bowl, is that okay po? Btw, pang 7th day na po ata ng creamcheese ko na finifilter
