- Review of Srilankan Airlines Business Class Review from Chennai
Starting off by entering a separate Terminal for business class passengers called The Silk Route, you can checkin in just 2-3 minutes with no queues and directly enter the lounge area. After having a nice buffet meal at the Serendiva lounge and some chocolate shopping at Srilankan airport duty free, I boarded my flight.
From a full recliner seat to 4 course Gourmet meals, welcome drinks, Entertainment systems you have everything covered in a smooth flight to your destination.
Pro tip : Next time you fly Srilankan, you can pre order Duty free for a 25% discount and the item will be delivered to you mid air in a sealed package.
The flight experience is definitely something you shouldn't miss out on

Srilankan air port desk attendent are very kind and helpful. Air line timings always late. In fact they always miss connecting flight and make you to fly some other country.worst than local CON bus service. Sei lank airport is clean

Flying hour between Chennai Columbo would be around 40 minutes only. What can be enjoyed within that short period.

Generally all the first class in all airlines are pretty good. Not everyone can afford first class so share a review of Economy Class. I have travelled from Australia to Sri Lanka and my experience not that good compared to other airlines.
