I am Theravada Buddhist and we believe in rebirth, that is different than reincarnation (a Hindu believe). The person isn't reborn, but your karma that started with life started will leave you to a new life. If your karma has improved due to positive skilled thoughts and behaviors, it goes to a higher realm - if not, to a lower realm. Sri Lanka was the place where Theravada was started and the Pali Cannon - The Buddha visited there too. My Buddhist teacher was from Sri Lankan and mostly lived in Los Angeles, representing the City of LA for the Major at one time. He has a PhD from Northwestern University and it was a blessing to learn from him.

I want to say this as a native Sri Lankan. Many foreign people are unknowingly admiring this girl saying she is such a nice and beautiful girl. But the truth is she is not. She is not a good Sri Lankan woman. Native Sri Lankans can sense it by her personality and the way she talks. 5:14 When she was asked what is the least favourite thing about Sri Lanka. She said it's Sri Lankan men. That was very disrespectful. She is not a good person. She could have said something like Sri Lankan traffic, pollution or roads. But she said men. Trust me she is not a good person. However such direspectful girls are rare in Sri Lankan society. Most Sri Lankan girls are very respectful, innocent and feminine. Hey Harry, I am thoroughly enjoying your videos on SL, my country of birth. It's been 26yrs since I left the paradise Island (I'm 47yrs), living in Los Angeles,CA. In fact i am traveling to SL next week after a decade and your videos definitely took down to memory lane. SL is a beautiful country, so much to offer and people of SL are some of the nicest people I've met. My favorite THING (as you always ask) about SL is it's dang food. I've traveled to nearly 40 countries and hands down SL food is my fav. Hope your videos generate more viewers outside of SL for a better perspective and travel to an paradise...

Sorry to hear of the SL mafia 😌 I been a SL and speaking sinhala so well we still got caught to one of the tuktuk guys (because my husband is a white') near 'One galle face who took us on a tour to show the tea, gems and got fooled buying jewelry there which we later got to know wasn't the real ones! It wasn't like that before got to be careful. :( We were there for 3 months just got back in july.😊 So good to see you there! You might also like the Hambantota birds park if you go that way! 😊

I want to say this as a native Sri Lankan. Many foreign people are unknowingly admiring this girl saying she is such a nice and beautiful girl. But the truth is she is not. She is not a good Sri Lankan woman. Native Sri Lankans can sense it by her personality and the way she talks. 5:14 When she was asked what is the least favourite thing about Sri Lanka. She said it's Sri Lankan men. That was very disrespectful. She is not a good person. She could have said something like Sri Lankan traffic, pollution or roads. But she said men. Trust me she is not a good person. However such direspectful girls are rare in Sri Lankan society. Most Sri Lankan girls are very respectful, innocent and feminine. And there far more beautiful and fair skinned girls in Sri Lanka. She is very basic looking compared to actually beautiful Sri Lankan women.
