Melissa, it’s a losing battle. You have great genetics. We are about the same age. I am wrinkled all over. Like my mother was. Whatever fat is on my body is very soft. Was when I was a kid.
I never took hormones. My mother took DES; I didn’t want any extra risk of cancer.
Let’s age as nature intended. We are privileged to still be alive. Many don’t get here.

I'm so sorry that you had to go through breast reconstruction and breast cancer. I just started HRT and was scared to as my Mum, Aunt and grandmother had breast cancer. Hi Melissa, I too am a breast cancer survivor. I was diagnosed in 2018 with hormone positive (ER & PR positive) breast cancer. I had a double mastectomy and was on Tamoxifen for 5 years. I prefer to use a natural deodorant as well. But, the Lavanila contains tea tree which is shown to be very estrogenic and is an oil that we shouldn't probably use with our type of breast cancer history. Lavender and tea tree should be avoided. I really like to use Salt and Stone deodorant and find it very effective and smells great. May God bless you on your breast cancer journey.

Love your recommendations. As a former at home consultant for The Body Shop, it’s heartbreaking that they are bankrupt or restructuring or whatever. Melissa you are Never boring - ever. I can't wait to get the Mary Kay for my feet - I forgot about MK because I haven't used it in so many years - I use to love their scents so much. I Love the eyebrow Benefit pencil too - used it for a long time. I also want to get the deodorant sounds healthier to me. I use the exfoliating gloves - bought them a long time ago on your suggestion and I just love them- I order them in bulk. I want to also get the floss you use - I have a problem with floss and this one sounds and looks great. Please do a video with knitting the washcloths - I would love to know how. I crochet - I've never tried to knit but I think I would really enjoy it. See this was an excellent video! I’m. 69 now and love learning about new products! Learned so much from this video! I’m finally embracing my grey hair…what a journey…6 months but staying the course! I’m very petite..5’ 100 pounds…striving to dress and use makeup fitting for my size and age!!! It’s daunting at times! Have been learning to knit for a year so want to make those wash cloths!!!
I’ve studied and sold high end skincare since the mid 70s. Vitamin C serums help brighten the skin and evens out the tone, fades spots. That’s why sunscreen is important to not counteract the results. It also helps with collagen production to keep skin firm. Retin A helps with cell turnover, hence the peeling and shedding of skin in the beginning or if you use too strong a formula. Your skin looks beautiful Melissa. Keep doing what you’re doing it’s obviously working 🥰💫

Melissa, I too am a cancer survivor and it has been quite a while since my surgeries and I am old but it’s hilarious that every time I’m in a grocery store or really any shopping situation. I get so overheated I feel like I’m going through menopause again. I think radiation or possibly all of the breast cancer treatment brought it on, and it never went away. Summer is not my friend anymore, but I’m not complaining.
