I haven't seen any of your videos till today. I was scrolling and stopped because we resemble each other, we could be sisters. I'm 73 and I've had people not believe my age and wanted to see my ID to prove it. In September i remarried, my husband is 10 years younger and a primary care physician. I'm sorry that you have heath problems, I'm very well. I've had botox and some filler but not a lot. I'm super into skin care and exercise, I've had a red therpy light for 20 years, They are great for skin injuries, wounds and sprains.

I've used Retin A since my 20s. Started red light a year ago. Also, use bioidentical hormones. At age 63, I am happy with my skin. Very few changes since my early 50s. Oh, and I also use guasha tools and massage for lymphatic drainage.

I wish I could use Retin A! I used it for 10 years and I rarely had a day that my skin didn’t peel red and raw. Oh well. I use Retinols though. Hugs

@@NectareanSpiritI’ve used it for three months. My skin is brighter and plumper. The fine lines are much less noticeable. I’m so pleased with the mask. I didn’t tell my daughter that I had bought the Omnilux mask. She ask me what I was doing differently to my skin. I was on the fence about it, it’s not cheap. I waited until they had a sale to buy it. It’s definitely worth the investment. I use it five days a week for 10 minutes a day. I also use it on my neck. Getting Botox and fillers is personally something I choose not to do.

I appreciate that so much, Carol!!!! Thank you! Yes, the improvements are a firming of the skin. I was getting lip lines above my lips and I take an extra three minutes to put the mask directly on that area and darn it if they aren't much improved! My neck is getting that turkey waddle and it is so much better now, especially with the lifting. I couldn't be more enthused about a device.

Hi Melissa, when it comes to skincare, you do you. No two skins are the same. You look 20 years younger than you are so must be doing the right thing for your skin. I only wear moisturiser during the day when I need it. I use it every night though.

Beautiful lady and sweet and kind person. I am originally from Chattanooga not far from Knoxville. I am also a breast cancer survivor since 2020. I had to change up my whole makeup products and skin care. Parabens are not our friend and in many products. Also, they mask soybean oil as Vitamin E. ❤

We are all doing well, thank you. Is Jim finished with his surgeries, hope all went well so you both can travel again. I’ll be going to Orlando, Florida in early March to go see my grandson in Spring Training Camp for his Hope Baseball Team, I know they will be glad to get out of the cold weather in MI, I forgot the name of the resort they will be staying at. My son-n-law rented a house so they invited me to fly out. Don’t know if I’ve ever told you but my sister who will be 74 this year has dementia, she was diagnosed at the age of 69. My sister is my best friend and it’s so sad I can’t have a conversation with her anymore. She has lost the ability to communicate verbally, she does talk but it’s just words that don’t make sense. We have to tell her show me what you need/want, I pick her up most days, weather permitting and we take our dogs to the park for a walk, I just let her talk all she wants and just shake my head like I know what’s she’s saying, she laughs/giggles a lot. I’m taking her to Florida with me to get her away for a week.❤️❤️

Thank you for this! I just found you, but I feel like I understand your philosophy on skincare as you age already! I am about to be 40, am fair skin, blonde, blue green eyes, and people constantly tell me (once they find out my age or see my teenager) that I look **a lot** younger... in my 20's usually. A few years ago, a lady thought I was 19 because I was wearing a certain high school shirt from my husband's old high school days, and she thought I was from her 19 yr olds class!
So I love that you still have amazing skin at your age! I was warned before that "white women's skin doesnt age well," which I beleievd back then, but obviously have found out is wrong.

Hi Mel, I am one of your fan since I found my channel. I have been using Retin-A for 20 years too. Since I found your channel around 10 years ago, I have also started to use Retin-a on my eye lids (near the brows) and under eyes, and also on my neck as per your video. I have to say it works wonder, my eye lids and under eyes and neck if not reverse, have been frozen. I have seen more ageing in these area. Thanks again for sharing your experience. I love watching your skincare videos. It’s worth mentioning that you live in a high humidity climate. Whenever I’m visiting the south I never moisturize either and it’s fine. Whenever I’m back in Europe where we have very dry climate where I live I need to, but I prefer face oils. People need to realize the different countries require different skincare.
