I have a better camera now and I think the light downstairs is better. When I go upstairs where I did film and turn on the bright lights, you can see it. I think the natural light is more forgiving. Thank you!

Dear ladies, I practice almost the same routine: no Botox, no fillers, no plastic surgery. Instead I use the Nuface (everyday), a Dermaroller (0.75 mm once a week) and Dermalux red light treatment (once a week after dermarolling) as well as Vitamin C in the morning and Retinol in the evening. I’m a 41 year old female. People think I’m 30 years old. I would love to keep this routine going and avoid a face lift in my life. I appreciate an old face, that has been through life and well kept. To me an old face has a much deeper, transcendent meaning. It’s about looking at your best, not about looking like a 20 year old the whole life.

This brought tears to my eyes and I can't thank you enough. I don't know whether to talk about it or not. For one thing, I'm afraid people will think I'm complaining. For for another, I was lucky and didn't have to have chemo. And my prognosis is good. But I really want Doug to talk about it from his perspective. I thank you so much!

I know my husband was scared to death when I told him I had breast cancer. Mine was still contained in the duct, but did need to be removed and followed with 15 radiation treatments in a 3 week time span. He was a rock. I tried not to show my fear because I didn't want to upset him or my daughters. He told me one night we are a family and we will always be there for each other. He told me to cry when you need to, cuss😂, scream or whatever because we all might need to do that❤

I am 60 my older sister is 78 she has always had beautiful skin and never used anything special on her skin. She was dx with Alzheimer’s 2022 😢 and had a fractured shoulder and needed a pacemaker. She had to leave her home and move to a group home for 24hr care. She is slowly getting worse but her skin is still so beautiful and radiant. I always tell her she still has beautiful skin.
I cannot tell you how very sorry I am. It's such a cruel disease. I wish you much peace during this trying time. Love to you and thanks!

I know a few other people that as soon as they stop taking the tamoxifen, the breast cancer comes back and what this book says is all the tamoxifen was doing with suppressing it and then once you get off of it, it comes back. I feel like it’s gonna come back whether or not you take it or not now and different cases maybe somebody who is super high risk and they had breast cancer in their lymph nodes. Maybe that’s a different scenario, but even so women that have taken it and had breast cancer in their lymph nose I’ve seen them get it back to stage four.
Melissa, I’m younger than you, 56, and decided not to go on HRT. My skin is doing good so far, but who knows in time. I have found ways that I feel good at this stage in my life without it. I may change my mind in time, but I’d prefer not to be on it for a few reasons. I love red light therapy and have a panel that I use. You look beautiful as always. What’s important is our health. I think many tend to forget that, trying so hard to stay young looking. Wishing you continued healing and much love.💗
Thank you so much Holly. It’s such a personal decision isn’t it? They say that HRT does not cause breast cancer but if you get breast cancer, it can make it grow faster. So who knows if I would have gotten it if I had never been on HRT. I just don’t know. My mother died of breast cancer, so I have a feeling a lot of it was genetics. Take care, and I sure appreciate this.

I had breast cancer and double mastectomy and I take oestrogel 2 pumps in the morning utrogestan 2 tablets at night and testosterone. I went the best clinic in the uk and I told my history with breast cancer and they said it’s ok to take hrt I feel much better now

Melissa, you are a beautiful soul and I have been watching your channel for years now. I was never able to go on HRT due to high blood pressure as a young 20 year old. I have, however, used Retin A for many years, more diligently in the last 4 years but on and off since I was in my 40's. I am currently 65, almost 66 years young!! Also, not sure if you follow him but, Wayne Goss mentioned you in his video as one of the You Tubers he watches and loves. He loves your genuine kindness on You Tube and your energetic voice.
