    That shift knob should have an overdrive switch in it with wires going thru the lever itself...I know you've since pulled the transmission but an overdrive is probably worth a few bucks...
    Do you have washers behind some of your lugnuts?
    Nice fix on the e-brake btw

    The rear shoe on the drivers side looks like it was installed upside down. The wheel cylinders should slide on the back plate with ease. The rear spring bushes look to be worn out, it looks like the drivers side spring is touching the bearing hub carrier.

    What's the story with the bonnet? It should lift easily. Sounds like it's scraping on something?

      I’m not entirely sure of the story on this car actually. The front nose has a very minor dent and I’m sure that threw off the alignment of it. It’s just big and awkward which prevents me from opening it alone.

      @@misplacedgarage there's a kit available that includes cylinders on both sides to help raise the hood easier...maybe $80?
