    A favourite snack for Filipinos. Just boil and ready to eat. Also cut into bite size chunks, fried in brown sugar then serve in bamboo skewers. Kamote-que. 😊

      @@michelles2299 Not fried as crunchy, but just so the brown sugar will attach to the sweet potato. The inside is still soft. Filipinos know BETTER with this particular type of cooking/preparation.
