Wow! I just ordered Blind Tiger's singles and now see that you've reviewed them. I am now more excited than ever to try them. Would definitely agree that they are one of the more underrated roasters out there. Thank you!
I was pleasantly surprised to see you review this one as it was one of the three bags of coffee that I received in their singles going steady 3 pack. I brewed it using a hybrid method through the switch. It was very sweet and citrus forward similar to what you got from it. I also got that intense stone fruit sweetness which really reminded me of a lovely white peach soda that I had in Tokyo. This and their Testing 2 yeast inoculated/washed have been two of my absolute favourites from this year! I'll have to make sure I try some more from them, and perhaps get myself a mug.
Really glad to hear you've enjoyed it so far. Think we really like to pride ourselves on diversity of the roasters we review and BTC has been a steady one that we come back to year after year. Appreciate your feedback on this one, cheers ☕️
@Think890 it's both a slight throwback but also focused on a nice level of intensity and balance. Glad to hear it works well for you as we've always found they do a great job at this level. Cheers ☕️
The image comes from a book called 33 Cups of Coffee. It's one that we scanned to utilize for the reviews. Haven't been able to find an image online of it, but that's the source
