Speckled Trout Rigs (Kayak Fishing)

I got quite a few messages asking about the rigs I used that trip, so I thought I'd post a rigging video that drills down a little deeper into what kind of artificial bait I was using and how I typically use them. These are my #1 & 2 inshore rigs for Fall/Winter speckled trout here on the North Carolina coast!

How do you like to fish the curly tail this time of year? Back up on the flats or mostly in the ICW (or both)?

I mostly use it up in the creeks and the bays between the creeks and ICW. That said you can do well in certain spots up and down the ICW.
