This injector backleak test have help me many times. Very easy to do at field. Even if you dont have tubes with you hehe
What program and adapter do you use to reprogram the injectors? Is it available to the public? That would be a great informative video 😉
You a legend Brady! Because of the computer work, I don't think this is a DIY job. Since you had the whole thing apart, any reason for not just replacing all 4 injectors for peace of mind? Any way to have them rebuilt?
Hello I replaced all my injectors on my 740 after watching your previous video.
I used new develon injectors from a reputable company online with 2 day shipping.Machine went down on Thursday fixed on Saturday back on job Monday.
Gona do the laptop rental so no more downtime.

Also I understand the reason for coding however if the ecm will eventually learn and adjust to the coding of new injectors I don’t see why that is mandatory or why it would cause any damage but I will take your word for it and code them.
On a bobcat t650 what would cause the injectors return line to build fuel pressure 🤔 and lines popping off when cracking and the line going down to injection pump on the return line
Can i cut off the high pressure line for rotary and inline injection pump or just this method used in common rail fuel system
Would you have to test the fuel system for any more contamination? Maybe why the injectors went bad my machine had the same problem and the Mechanic had to test the contamination of the system which was condemned bad so they had to replace the entire fuel system.

In which cases it is possible to clean and reuse injectors and in which cases they are destroyed? Does diesel engine cleaner which you put in tank really helps ? Would be a good to see a video for learning everything about injectors 😊

Just replaced all 4 of mine on my T770. Bobcat wanted $1050 a piece for the injectors.
I found New OEM Delphi’s at a place in CA for $450 a piece. Shop around before you head to the dealer.

I’ve watched your videos and am a big fan of yours in guidance to my bobcat equipment. I work on most of my equipment but I’m limited in knowledge. My machine is passing a code of m4404
2021 A770 with the MaxControl and I can’t connect to my iPhone now
I used remote a month a go with a mulcher attachment since.
If I disconnect the MaxControl I get no code and runs fine
I’ve checked fuses, relays, and plugs directed by Dave Mokena Illinois service dealer
What am I missing
yup electronic injectors nothing but trouble.They need to get rid of common rail and go back to mechanical injectors.
So how do we shade tree mechanics reprogram the computer thingy after changing an injector?

@@tetradgroup nearest dealer is 2 hours away (one way), but I have a laptop. How can I do it with my laptop?
I know it's not recommended but it will crank and run without reprogramming.
