Just did this repair today on my 2000 863G. Could not have done it correctly without this video. Thank you so much. I get to do it again soon when i replace the pintle shaft seals, one of which i found today to be slightly leaking. Should be an easy process since i know what i am doing now. Your guys made the all thread trick look easy. Defintely did not go that smooth for me but eventually got the old bushings out. New ones went right in. Also the bushings on the left side of the top plate did not snap in like yours did. Tried to close the gap in the plate but couldn't. Should be fine though. My machine drives like new now thanks to you guys!
I have watched many people trying to fix this problem yet no one even come close simply you’re the best yet god bless you I salute you please keep up the excellent work.
Yes they work great. I found some with solid eyes in each end. Just put the the one end over the cab mount bolt and then put the washer and nut back on to hold it in place. Zip tied the other end to the handle
I'm in the process of doing this to my 763 F series and I'm having trouble getting it to start. My question is can I start it up with the brake solenoid and pin out of it? And by the way this is the best video on TH-cam of this procedure. Thank you
Great seeing things on the older girls 👍 Can I get a higher GPM hydraulic pump for a 753 🤔. I have a cast iron pump with power bob-Tach valve. Would like to get to maybe 18 to 20 GPM Or would a 763 pump fit and give me some more GPM ? Thanks Len B.
I'll answer my own question. Yes it is. Only difference is there is a metal hydraulic line that goes through the top plate (just like you said in the live video Tuesday). I was able to do the repair without taking the plate out of the machine though. Thanks!
Hey can you show me how to fix foot throttle on 2022 T770 CTL IT STICKS and will not return. Have to pull it up the whole thing was change worked for a month and sticks again. Help me 😂 please

This is exactly what I needed for my old 763. Fantastic in depth demo. The turnbuckle trick is genius.
Thanks for doing this on an older machine !!! A lot of us still own the old girls!
This was a great video and helped me rebuild my steering on my 763. Great job explaining and great tip on the turn buckles. A+++

Always great methods with good instructions. I suggest start the engine by shorting the starter solenoid instead of climbing up to the cab.
Прекрасное обучающее видео. Большое спасибо за вашу работу. Жду такое же видео про педали
looks like I need to get some turnbuckles for the truck. That's awesome!
