Thanks a million for your video! I was starting to have random reboots here and there, but then was stuck in this same exact loop this evening. I charged it up and solved the problem, and looks like I'll be picking up a new battery tomorrow.
I talked to someone at Best Buy about this problem and it isn't a problem with your phone or battery, it's a problem with Samsung's new software updates. The new software requires too much computing power than the Note 4 can handle, so it shuts down. Mine shuts down around 50%, gets hot when it charges, etc. I hope this can help.
Bro I owe you a bottle of brandy for this, I was about to jackie chan jump kick my note 4 in the garbage bin for rebooting on loop logo, until i saw your solution. thanks ur my superhero.
you are a legend! i thought something fried in my phone... turns out it was just the battery. i kept it charging and as you mentioned it works fine past 50%
Yes..... A faulty battery can also be a reason. I too went through your experiences and finally found out, from trial and error, that the problem lay in the battery. Unfortunately, I got to see this video after I discovered the reason. Had I seen this before, a lot of my time could have been saved 😁
Gud day...thnks god and on to you...... Hapy found this vid.of u... You solve my note4 isssues for 3yr of trobleshoot.. Now its confirm that my note4 batery is bad.....its the same isue in mine.thnx a lot bro.god bls....👍🇵🇭✌️
If you have tried all other options and your phone is still turning off then I would suggest to try a new battery. I tried everything including factory resetting my phone and nothing worked so I tried a new original battery and the problem is gone.
I had purchased a Patriot charger, which is solar powered and holds a charge forever. While sitting at my desktop computer, I put my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 on top o the charger on a nearby table. The next thing I knew, the phone began to go on and off but wouldn't go on to the red Verizon page. I am now attempting to find the solution... I am also wondering if the charger sucked the power from the phone...I did charge the phone overnight from a wall outlet, before making further attempts at resolving the problem. I guess a new battery may be the answer. Thanks for a clear and very helpful video. I watched another video before coming here, and it almost gave me a nervous breakdown...lolol
And what if the phone works fine in safe mode? Its all the way down to 11% and still working. So I'm thinking its a software problem? (Hold volume up while phone boots up to enter safe mode)
Not sure if safe mode is limiting power so might keep the phone from rebooting. Easiest way to test is to try another battery and see if the problem goes away.
Buy a new replacement battery with much higher capacity like 1000maH to 2000maH than the stock it came with. I bought new ones on my Android Moto G7 and Iphone 6 plus...now working like new again. My take on this is prolly (since the batt itself has its own circuitry) the old battery does not or had stopped give/ing out accurate voltage info to the phone anymore. Hence, maybe the cause of the many issues of this Note model including REBOOTING!
I have same problem. Crashing & reboot after Marshmallow. I try everything Hard Reset from boot, Change battery, Use various app, Delete Various app, Change charger...but nothing work........finally work after 15-30 days research. Marshmallow Update has lots of bugs...following method work for me.. Install TWRP recovery by ODIN 3. Install SuperSU & root. Install Lollipop or 8.1 LineageOS or any custom ROM. It works perfect without spending any money.....Enjoy:)
This doesn't save me any time. I replaced the battery and i'm still getting the same result. The only time it works is if the charger is connected then it comes on fine. I went through 3 Galaxy Note 4 warranty exchanges and every single one did the same thing.
Thanks so much for this video JB! I had the same problem and took it to the Sprint store and they told me I need a new phone! LOL! Been using an old Galaxy S5 but just ordered a brand new battery from the Samsung site. Will let you know how it goes.
It went great! Thanks for asking! I switched to a new battery and it worked like a charm! My wife couldn't believe it! No problems whatsoever knock on wood! Thanks again for taking the time to make the awesome video and keep up the great work! Have a fantastic day Warrior! =)
I have reboot problem, but not as this one, no loop, it's just reboot from time to time (sometimes once per 2 weeks, sometimes 4 times a day) and I have no idea why and how to fix this. Any ideas?
Whobairt Yadchuck this is exactly how mine problem started. I tried everything and then I changed the battery to a new one and the phone worked perfect. You can try this. It might work for you also.
I have that same problem with my Note 4 N910T, I have custom roms for software but when the battery was 65% or less it would reboot accesing setting or the camera. My son has a Note 4 but does not do this. So I tried his Battery on mine and no rebooting, I put my battery on his cellphone and did the rebooting so it has to be the battery I thought it was a hardware problem. So what I am gonna do is get another battery with the same model part he has on his Note 4. ex. N910BBU just to be sure it works on my Note 4, I purchase another cellphone J7 Prime J727T1 but will still keep my Note 4 for emergencies.
the phone is 2 years old . so 1 battery is 2 years old the second one is less than 8 months old, i also tried different firmwares , factory reset , wipe data.. i am scared to be the motherboard cuz i can't afford a new phone right now
THANK YOU !!! wow... that is one nice help. I was just getting ready to spend a day in madness =D .. one new battery (8€ shipping incl.) takes only a minute :-) I hope it is the same with my phone, considering my given luck...
Mine started to get really laggy and freezing up and sometimes just crash. Would the battery have something to do with that? I'm thinking maybe some else. I install different roms, maybe that's killing my battery.
thanks a lot for the post.. My device is also rebooting the same as ur one did since last 3 months until it's charge drops to 10-30 % . Am thinking that's a internal hardware problem but now I got that's a battery issue.. Again thanks a lot for practical verification of the fault...
Changing the battery did work for me but it could be the OS or hardware issue on your phones. Many people have had problems when upgrading to Marshmallow but many have had a smooth upgrade. Try a new OEM battery 1st and hopefully that solves the problem.
It's not the battery. It's the connectors on the battery. They are oxidized. Clean them off with a jewelers screwdriver first before throwing out the battery. No one thought of the connectors because people figure gold doesn't tarnish. Pure gold doesn't tarnish but alloys do. It's being real cheap when you can't coat those little few connectors with 100% gold plating. Just clean them off and put vaseline on the connectors and voila. Problem solved.
In your case it could be the connectors. In my case it was the battery. All batteries have a life cycle. Depending on usage they start to act up on year 2.
I have a problem where I be showing photos and i will press my home button and the phone will shut off. I pop the battery out and restart then its fine but it repeats minutes later
A new battery doesn't solve the problem.. it will work fine for weeks then the problem starts to reappear . I guess it must be a software /hardware issue. Too many users are having the exact same issue with note 4 .
Hi, I have a spare Note 4 battery which i use most of the time, as the original battery is quite discharged due to wear and tear. I remember the last thing I did was use the Original, discharged battery last Thursday for a day, and switching back to the spare battery, 2 days later on Saturday i noticed the device was starting to freeze and restart. Could it be a possibility the Original, discharged battery which had a lot of wear and tear cause the device to freeze and restart? Anyone able to advise if i should get a new battery?
im glad that u made this video ...My Note 4 has the same issue.....someone told me its hardware ...but i am glad to know that its battery and replacing battery will fix it and my data wont be lost (Y)
Tushar Banswal yes ....i changed the battery and problem was fixed... I used the phone for 1 week without any issue...but later same issue appeared and this time it was hardware issue specific to motherboard
hi jb my phone is Samsung Galaxy Note 4 2 year's old.my problem is 85% charging not taking fast charge it's teking to mutch time it comes 100%. I do every thing.what I do please tell me.to
My battery actually dies when reaching 35% and goes to 0 even if I put it on a charger. The phone heats up while draining. Like I said I have tried new batteries, factory rest and hard reset the problem again reappears
I fixed mine by installing the wake lock app. First I tried buying a new battery but it didn't work for me. But I had to get an off brand because I wasn't able to find a new Samsung battery for sale.
It could be the battery. If you have access to another OEM battery, try and switch and see if it solves the problem. If not then is could be software or hardware related.
NOTE 4 CLASS ACTION: There is a class action in the US regarding Note 4 design flaw at the following link below.. I have the exact same problem and the freezing method is a temporary fix but after reaching out to Samsung about my only 18 month old Note 4 they only give me the option of fixing it at my own cost. However upon contacting one of Samsung's authorized repair centers here in Canada to which Samsung gave me the contact info to initiate a repair the person on the phone was honest enough to tell me not to waste my time and most importantly my money and not get it repaired as a new mainboard would suffer from the same flaws and end result would be the same. Samsung should own up to this problem and provide resolutions to Note 4 owners. Class action link: www.classlawdc.com/2017/04/25/investigation-samsung-galaxy-note-4-mmc_read-failed-defect/
I have same issue, two batteries, still the same problem. Factory reset, cashe wipe - nothing helped. Flashed original ROM again - nothing helped. Problem get worse and worse and now phone is able to be "up" for 10 seconds. So I guess motherboard replacement is only solution.
Hay dear thanks a lot of this practically video I have same problem right now . just u r solve may problem. should go to buy a new battry. again thank a lot
Is this case it was the battery but if you put a new OEM battery and are still experiencing the same thing then it could be the OS or hardware issue. Replacing the battery 1st seems to be the most economical way to go.
My note 4 is stuck on the restarting loop for about 30 minutes now. As soon as I unplugged it from 100% charged it started to restart. Time for a new one.
JB Integrated Solutions The company I had the phone with doesn't carry the battery anymore, so I'd have to find it online somewhere. Ended up with a new phone anyway.
My AT&T Note 4 began to randomly reboot on its own, became unresponsive and slow to respond. I tried the following to no avail: 1. Changed batteries that worked (I have another recently purchased Note 4 that doesn't have this problem) and used 2 new batteries purchased a month ago;2. Soft reset;3. Hard reset/factory reset;4. booted into safe mode;5. wiped the cache partition;6. attempted to decrease the clearance between the phone's battery terminals and battery contacts by inserting a folded parking stub under the battery. None of these measures worked. What I did notice is that when I went to Settings>General>Battery, the battery usage graph showed breaks in the power when the phone restarted so I knew something was going on with the power. Given the number of good working batteries I tried, my guess was that it was the phone. I was about to attempt a downgrade of my firmware to one that worked previous to the 3/17 update when I stumbled across a post that suggested the installation and use of an app called "wake lock." It's an application which gives you control over the power management system of the Note 4. I had previously installed this app because of a known defect in the Note 4 power management software which puts the phone to sleep and prevents it from waking up but I did not check on the status of this app. Well, I checked the app and set it on partial wake and then went to my other app called "Greenify" and made sure Greenify had an exception for wake lock so it wouldn't put it to sleep. This solved my problem and my phone hasn't had the problems for two days now. It appears that the Note 4 has a power management problem. Use Wake Lock to gain control over the phones power management system and make sure you create an exception for this app with any app you may have running that manages applications running in the background (i.e., either shuts them down or puts them into hibernation). play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=eu.thedarken.wl&hl=en I hope this helps some of you.
It's not the battery. I had 3. It Iooped until it hard bricked. Get rid of both the sd card and the SIM card and get another phone. Your good phone will likely die in about a month.
My phone had the same problem, first i thought it was virus and i reset to no avail. I clear the cache it didnot help. Then i changed the battery and it was ok. My worry is how about current phones with batteries locked inside and not replaceable?
Yes for some users it's the software. In my case I had already tried to downgrade and did a factory reset. Still had the same issue. So I went back to Marshmallow. Replacing the battery solved it for me.
These r known for this bs. Even new they should of recalled these pos. I had this thing for 2 and a half years went through 4 batteries. Constant problems before this I had a s5 and it just shit3out on me all at once. I have a s10 now and if it shits out on me and I dont get at least 3 years out of it I'm going back to a old school slide phone
none of my batteries have been warped or burnt out looking..... but ive already replaced three of these with original Samsung batteries..... the battery is a giant pile of overpriced shit is all..... if you buy Samsung products and use your toy often buy like 3-4 batteries...honestly.
APCWORLDSUXAZ there are no longer any original samsung note 4 batterys in circulation, all there is are fake samsung batterys. That might be your problem. I recommend Anker or Powerbear they make good batterys
+JB Integrated Solutions it's the marshmallow update. that happened with my note 4 and had to install screen wake lock and put the settings to partial wake lock and haven't had problems since. it's a software issue.
I have three Note 4's with Marshmallow and only one started acting up. All three phones are just over a year old with the original battery. I replaced the battery on the phone that was acting up and the problem is gone. If it was software related then the problem would still persist and would also affect the other 2 phones.
Yes it can also be a software issue or a even a hardware issue. A lot of people have had problems when upgrading to Marshmallow. In my case it was a battery as seen in the video and worth giving it a try. If changing the battery does not work then for sure its a software or hardware issue. Wake lock does work but did not work on mine since the battery was the problem for me.
Thanks a million for your video! I was starting to have random reboots here and there, but then was stuck in this same exact loop this evening. I charged it up and solved the problem, and looks like I'll be picking up a new battery tomorrow.
did it solve the problem? down in comments i see , it doesn't work

The new software requires too much computing power than the Note 4 can handle, so it shuts down. Mine shuts down around 50%, gets hot when it charges, etc. I hope this can help.
This could be true also however in my case it was the battery. Phone is working perfect ever since the battery has been changed.
haha, no , sir, it's the battery only
Micah so would it be back to normal when another software update is available
Bro I owe you a bottle of brandy for this, I was about to jackie chan jump kick my note 4 in the garbage bin for rebooting on loop logo, until i saw your solution. thanks ur my superhero.
Glad this helped you.
Just got a new battery and the problem is resolved.
Your comparison with 2 devices gives a proof that issue is only with the battery
Same thing here, looped, charged the battery and works again. Buying new battery. Thanks buddy
Glad to hear. Thank you.
you are a legend! i thought something fried in my phone... turns out it was just the battery. i kept it charging and as you mentioned it works fine past 50%

Wow, always the simple things we overlook! A different battery fixed my Note 4. Thanks!
Glad it worked out for you.
*The same thing happens to me when it reaches 50% it is constantly restarted, thanks for the video, we already know then that it is the battery*
I have the same problem with my note 4 sprint N910P , so I just have to. Change the battery For one original ?
If you have tried all other options and your phone is still turning off then I would suggest to try a new battery. I tried everything including factory resetting my phone and nothing worked so I tried a new original battery and the problem is gone.

Thanks so much man, just ordered a new battery. I don't like upgrading. I love simple!
Did your problem fixed?
@@malikhan573 yeah! It did... But unfortunately/fortunately I upgraded to a Google Pixel 2XL

Where do you get another original note 4 charger? I dont have another note
Are you looking for a charger or battery? Both should be available on Ebay or Amazon.
i got a note 4 same as urs same problem and i was rly happy when i saw this video thank u
I have reboot problem, but not as this one, no loop, it's just reboot from time to time (sometimes once per 2 weeks, sometimes 4 times a day) and I have no idea why and how to fix this. Any ideas?

stay away from samsung man
Changed battery problem went away.
lucky
Where to buy original Samsung Galaxy Note 4 battery
Not sure if the original battery is still available. See if you can find a reputable aftermarket battery.
i have 2 batteries both have same issue both restarting
and did software , cache , factory reset .. now what ?
Are they new batteries? If yes then it could be a hardware issue. Some users are reporting a motherboard problem.
the phone is 2 years old .
so 1 battery is 2 years old
the second one is less than 8 months old,
i also tried different firmwares , factory reset , wipe data..
i am scared to be the motherboard
cuz i can't afford a new phone right now
THANK YOU !!!
wow... that is one nice help. I was just getting ready to spend a day in madness =D
.. one new battery (8€ shipping incl.) takes only a minute :-)
I hope it is the same with my phone, considering my given luck...
do u use wake up lock app with new battery or without app phone working well?
I have not used wake lock. For me changing the battery solved the problem however wake lock seems to work for a lot of people too.
JB Integrated Solutions ok thank u for reply im going to buy new battry tomoro
bro how i can install wake up if my phone always restart
Mine started to get really laggy and freezing up and sometimes just crash. Would the battery have something to do with that? I'm thinking maybe some else. I install different roms, maybe that's killing my battery.
If you have access to another battery it's worth giving it a try. Worse case just order one as they are not too expensive and see if it works for you.
thanks a lot for the post.. My device is also rebooting the same as ur one did since last 3 months until it's charge drops to 10-30 % . Am thinking that's a internal hardware problem but now I got that's a battery issue.. Again thanks a lot for practical verification of the fault...
Me and my wife got two phones from AT&T thru the insurance and both of of them having the same problem?

My phone was rebooting so I got a brand new baterry. It worked perfect for 2 weeks, after this now shuts down at 63%.
thank you for taking the time to make this video! not sure if it will help charging my second batt right now and will try it soon... again thank you!
Hi, I have a spare Note 4 battery which i use most of the time, as the original battery is quite discharged due to wear and tear. Yes buy a new oem battery or try a battery from another note 4. A battery with a lot of use can cause these problems.
and is there another easier solution without having another battery?
im glad that u made this video ...My Note 4 has the same issue.....someone told me its hardware ...but i am glad to know that its battery and replacing battery will fix it and my data wont be lost (Y)
did it solve the problem?
Hi Majid for many users it has been hardware so if the battery replacement does not work then it's possible the motherboard could be the problem.

hi jb
my phone is Samsung Galaxy Note 4 2 year's old.my problem is 85% charging not taking fast charge it's teking to mutch time it comes 100%. I do every thing.what I do please tell me.to
Have you tried another battery to see if you are experiencing the same problem?
I don't tried another battery
See if you can get your hands on another battery. It might solve the problem.
Okay i well trai and msg you
And thanks you
same problem my mobile . my original battery 6 month old . how solve it. please talk me. and
Did you try following the steps in the video?
I have tried everything, new batteries to hard reset, the problem reappears after sometime. Please reply if someone has a solution for it :/
My battery actually dies when reaching 35% and goes to 0 even if I put it on a charger. The phone heats up while draining. Like I said I have tried new batteries, factory rest and hard reset the problem again reappears
Moeed Ali Khan Naroo. It could be a hardware problem.
JB Integrated Solutions but how can it occur? It all started after the lollipop update and marshmallow made it worse.
Not sure what the cause is but some users have had motherboard failure so best to send it in for service.
Moeed Ali Khan Naro i have solution
Have the same issue thanks so much bro...may you live longer
Glad it helped
I can only use my note4 when it's plugged it....the moment I unplug it bootloop starts.
Try changing the battery. This was also happening to me when the battery dropped below 50%. Get an OEM battery.
JB Integrated Solutions sir what do you mean by OEM? Is that really original? and is it ok to use a battery that not so original or same as original ?
I had the same problem. installed wake lock app. and it's All fixed!!
I fixed mine by installing the wake lock app. First I tried buying a new battery but it didn't work for me. But I had to get an off brand because I wasn't able to find a new Samsung battery for sale.
my samsung note4 is getting rebooting below 31% of battery, if I take the pic with flash or doing multy tasking `
It could be the battery. If you have access to another OEM battery, try and switch and see if it solves the problem. If not then is could be software or hardware related.
I put a brand new battery in didn't help. I had the same problem
Sir thank you so much I have same problem I also frustrated
Thank you ♥ from India 🇮🇳
You are most welcome
Your problem fixed?
I got same problem. Thank you so much for uploading this video. I will try new battery & let you know. Thanks :)
Your problem fixed by changing battery?
Where did you buy the Original Battery from?
ghith4 i had the same problem. u dont need a Samsung original battery. i bought a generic one from amazon n it work just as good
I got the same problem but it keeps restarting at above 50percent. Around 70percent.
Samd Noobitch try another battery and see if it solves the problem. If not then it's a motherboard or software issue.

Le cambie la puta batería por una original y sigue igual. Se reinicia a los 2 segundos de haber encendido.
Es la placa base , todos los note 4 tienen este mismo problema son una Berga
Incredible sharing of wisdom 👍
Glad you enjoyed it
Mine Note 4 keeps looping when battery drops to 5%. When I put it to charger it works like charm
Could be the battery. See if you can find another battery and swap it.
I have same issue, two batteries, still the same problem. Factory reset, cashe wipe - nothing helped. Flashed original ROM again - nothing helped. Problem get worse and worse and now phone is able to be "up" for 10 seconds. So I guess motherboard replacement is only solution.
I have a month old battery brand new and original. Once the battery hits 63% it shuts down completely.
In your case it might not be a battery issue. Could be hardware or OS related.
Hay dear thanks a lot of this practically video I have same problem right now . just u r solve may problem. should go to buy a new battry. again thank a lot
Interesting, own a note 4 here nice video😎
Is it the Samsung battery
Is this case it was the battery but if you put a new OEM battery and are still experiencing the same thing then it could be the OS or hardware issue. Replacing the battery 1st seems to be the most economical way to go.
** UPDATE: Battery problem started getting worse and the phone started the reboot process at the 70% mark. ** ... Resolved??? I have the same problem.
Did you get a chance to try a new battery? If yes, please let us know your results.
How bout just plugging in the powercord without the battery and try running it off the charger.
YOUR FUN-KNEE
Im glad you think so buzz boy
Thank you this is what my phone is doing...
My note 4 can't start up though
Is it not starting after installing a new battery?
My note 4 is stuck on the restarting loop for about 30 minutes now. As soon as I unplugged it from 100% charged it started to restart. Time for a new one.
See if you can try another battery to see if it solves the problem.
JB Integrated Solutions The company I had the phone with doesn't carry the battery anymore, so I'd have to find it online somewhere. Ended up with a new phone anyway.
My AT&T Note 4 began to randomly reboot on its own, became unresponsive and slow to respond. I tried the following to no avail:
1. Changed batteries that worked (I have another recently purchased Note 4 that doesn't have this problem) and used 2 new batteries purchased a month ago;2. Soft reset;3. Hard reset/factory reset;4. booted into safe mode;5. wiped the cache partition;6. attempted to decrease the clearance between the phone's battery
terminals and battery contacts by inserting a folded parking stub under
the battery. None of these measures worked. What I did notice is that when I went to Settings>General>Battery, the
battery usage graph showed breaks in the power when the phone restarted
so I knew something was going on with the power. Given the number of
good working batteries I tried, my guess was that it was the phone. I was about to attempt a downgrade of my firmware to one that worked
previous to the 3/17 update when I stumbled across a post that suggested
the installation and use of an app called "wake lock." It's an
application which gives you control over the power management system of
the Note 4. I had previously installed this app because of a known
defect in the Note 4 power management software which puts the phone to
sleep and prevents it from waking up but I did not check on the status
of this app. Well, I checked the app and set it on partial wake and
then went to my other app called "Greenify" and made sure Greenify had
an exception for wake lock so it wouldn't put it to sleep. This solved
my problem and my phone hasn't had the problems for two days now. It appears that the Note 4 has a power management problem. Use Wake Lock
to gain control over the phones power management system and make sure
you create an exception for this app with any app you may have running
that manages applications running in the background (i.e., either shuts
them down or puts them into hibernation). play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=eu.thedarken.wl&hl=en I hope this helps some of you.
Helped a lot. Mines doing the same.
Hey my is doing that at exactly 28% 🤢
Thanks a million times for this video man it really solved my problem.
It's not the battery. I had 3. It Iooped until it hard bricked. Get rid of both the sd card and the SIM card and get another phone. Your good phone will likely die in about a month.
i changed my battery but still looping
Others have mentioned that if it still looping then it could be a hardware or software issue.
The problem is the software marshmallow is not compatible with the note for the Note 4 should never go beyond lollipop update
I made hard reset i bought new batteries stil fucked up

fenton bevan the video isnt available no more
same shit happen to mine.
it is shity PRC fake battery that causes the issues.
The problem is the marsmallow update. Just downgrade.
Yes for some users it's the software. In my case I had already tried to downgrade and did a factory reset. Still had the same issue. So I went back to Marshmallow. Replacing the battery solved it for me.
I was about to go back to stock rom. U saved me a lot of time thank u!
Same problem
Hay dear thanks a lot with practically video . I have same prulim

Hmmm it could be battery. Try to change the battery.
JB Integrated Solutions can you tell me where you got your battery because i don't trust anyone

@@aadilrangrej4 :(
ı try changing battery and problem is resolved.
Mine does the same
Nothing is happening it is still spoilt
none of my batteries have been warped or burnt out looking..... but ive already replaced three of these with original Samsung batteries..... the battery is a giant pile of overpriced shit is all..... if you buy Samsung products and use your toy often buy like 3-4 batteries...honestly.
APCWORLDSUXAZ there are no longer any original samsung note 4 batterys in circulation, all there is are fake samsung batterys. That might be your problem. I recommend Anker or Powerbear they make good batterys
i just started having this problem after i updated my software yesterday. i went to sprint and they couldn't help me what so ever.
Did you get a chance to try a new battery? If yes please let us know if it solved the problem for you.
Wake lock does work but did not work on mine since the battery was the problem for me.
my other phone is like this
Actually the battery just needed to be calibrated. I figured this out after buying 2 batteries.
How to do that?
And four years on you still don’t answer a question.👎🏽
@@TomClarkSouthLondon Google it. like i did. or buy a new dam phone like i did. who the hell still use a note 4?
