Gildan shirts suck! I am a big but athletic guy who sweats a lot when exercising and several of my Gildan shirts the sweat has stained the shirts or bled out the color (depending on which shirt color)……
It’s better but not necessary. An LLC protects your personal assets from business liabilitis and allows for more tax deductions than a solemproprietorship or a dba. However, it’s a big, unnecessary expense if you’re just starting, especially if you will not be investing in expensive equiomwnt. If you will be buying equipment, then an LLC will probably save you some tax $$$

I think you kissed the point showing SBC. It was about how they succeeded with their targeting and brand story. That section of the video is about you using the same storytelling/branding strategy so that you can build up from $500.
