My wife was a high school English teacher who caught Co-vid nineteen from her students after the state of Florida forced everybody back to work. Long story short the virus caused her kidneys to fail and she also got a rare disease (calciphylaxis) which forced her to quite teaching after 19 years. We found it hard to keep up with the bills so we started a small company but after clearing out or retirement funds to pay for everything we are still short on supplies. We would love to receive a screen printing system to assist with our productivity. My wife has survived a disease that most die from and I thank God for that and also thank all our friends and neighbors for their support during these tough days.

We just got our heat press delivered and moved it upstairs with just 2 people. Jesus it is a heavy machine but it works really well and great quality.

I'm now working with teachers and my daughter's theatre group at school and even though DTF is working great, because most of the designs are single color prints, I know this screening printing system will allow me to give them another print option to create awesome customer service and terrific printing quality.

I would probably use the laser to start doing leather patches for hats and another then using the screen print method but I’ve never screen printed before. Hopefully we get the opportunity 😊

I would probably use this tool for shirts but since I usually use Transfers this would allow me to do single image runs a lot quicker, but we’ll see!

I just found your channel, congratulations. I'm waiting for my first UV printer to arrive at me house. My house already looks like a workshop... I've watched a couple of your videos and I can only dream that I will be where you're at in a couple years.

I feel you! With the pain of expending that much money on headprints

Hi, I am new to DTF transfers. I have bought different designs from different providers mostly from Etsy but I have not transferred the designs yet. However, I have also bought from My Crafty Store and I transferred a couple of their designs not sure how they should feel but to me feel a bit plasticky! Do you have a video where you can show the difference or how dtf transfers should feel to the touch. Thank you! Ps. I just ordered from your store:)

Everything looks good except the white ink "manifold". The input should come in the bottom and the return should go out the top. Otherwise it will never be able to completely fill up.

The first project would be to expand production and the second would be to print up all my favorite designs for my friends to model for free advertising!

What resolution are you printing at? And how many Passages

When you talk about the $500 budget you mentioned the printer in it. Are you talking about printing with inkjet printer from home? How durable are shirt gonna last if you print like that at home? Could you clarify? Thank you.

Is the post press same temp and pressure ?

Where can I order my own design for Dtf

Can't believe how long that laser took to do the screen. I love the idea of laser engraving screens rather than exposing but yikes, that took an age.

I own a tshirt business which is dtf centered but I was thinking of trying the screen printing since some of my designs are 2-3 colours only so I would use this to learn about screen printing and experience the working of it.

I'm trying to start my own t-shirt brand and I would be using it for that

Old school screen printing only takes less than one hour from start to finish so the Xtool screen machine is the best for the old school way and even faster than the old school way because no emulsion needed just change the screen and burn the image 👍

But guess what you can use the Xtool screen machine just by burning the screens and putting them on than using it because its got built in micro registration which is the best thing to have and use the laser for cutting and burning other things 😎👍

why dose it take so long to do laser prints the old way is way faster that sucks

Does pictures you get in Instagram can be printed in dtf?

This whole set would help my business so much! I could laser patches for my bucket hats and Screen print my shirt designs and hats as well! Not to mention just the pure joy of playing around with it for posters and random shirt designs.

Do you not recommend double pressing? We usually always double press our garments to make sure 1. the film texture is gone, and 2. its full embedded into the shirt fibers. What are your thoughts?
