@@Learnifyofficial76 if i were you at 15 i would start a clothing brand on etsy rather than shopify or resell clothes and sneakers (buy them second hand cheap then sell them for profit) dont resell 1:1 because its a fraud.
Just to eliminate headaches i have an "all sales final" motto. The only time we issue a refund is if the product has been lost in the mail or has been damaged, and the customer would rather have a refund than a replacement. I also tell my manufacturer to take pics of the product once finished so there's proof of no damaged goods being shipped out (YMMV). A lot of people love to dispute charges to essentially get "free" productS. The bank will ALWAYS side with their customers, unfortunately. Last thing, i try to be very reasonable with my prices. The rule is to double the amount you pay for your products. Ex: If a shirt costs $15 to make, you would want to sell it for $30 at the least. But sometimes you might have to lower the profit for better quality blanks, where a shirt can cost up to $25-30 to make. Selling a shirt for $50-60 isn't ideal for startup brands. Always try to put shipping into the pricing to offer "free" shipping, and price it high enough to where you can do deals and still make profit. Hope this helps anyone who reads all of this! Lol
