Hi there, I already have your kit, but I like the filter adapter here. Are you going to be able to sell just the filter adapter , since I already have the rest of the kit? Thanks
I’m needing this setup but I’m still researching on how I’m going to relocate the oil cooler itself with a fan so I can mount a hidden winch behind the front bumper of my K3500.
I'm trying something similar but with the AmsOil dual filter w/bypass. However I'm having bit of a problem of where to mount it. Their instructions say it shouldn't have more than four feet of line to/from the block and there just isn't a good place within that distance to mount it well. It seems to me that mounting under the door on the frame rail could cause problems with priming when changing filters (the lines thus draining) since there would be a lot of oil line to fill before it builds pressure. Unless, of course, one prefills the entire system with every filter change, which would be a big hassle. What are your thoughts? With your dual filter set up, how long does it take to prime everything on start-up? Would you be willing to show where you tend to mount it?
Just prefill the oil filters if you are worried. Mine mount close to the lift pump, I don't have a picture as on my truck that space is taken by an oil cooler.
This why you are my favorite 6.5 vendor! I know your existing kit was a love/hate relationship. You listened as well as took the time and re$ources to redesign the kit! 🫡
Hey Leroy, love your products! I’m swapping a 6.5 into my 87 blazer and am thinking of getting this kit for it. Would an oil cooler loop into the return of this kit, or does go somewhere else on the engine?
There are two ports in the block above the oil filter that is where you would plum in a cooler. Look on my website in the engine lubrication page at the bottom for the complete oil cooler with hoses that would be a similar kit I just need to know exactly how long your hoses need to be
Awesome product can’t wait to get mine
@@herschelmajors6237 Thank you
Been thinking about buying another 1 of these and really like the new setup
Great! Just let me know if you have questions
Love this concept. Looking forward to the purchase. Good stuff
Awesome, thank you!

I have the one on my truck relocated under the driver seat area. But it's a highway Queen. You would want to make sure it was protected from impacts
On da' money, thorough and always on point..!! Thanx,Leroy..!!
Thanks again!
Does the oil flow through the the first element then onto the second or both at the same time?
Oil can flow to both at same time.

Thanks for your support!
What oil filters do you suggest with this setup?
Any oil filter for the 6.5 application will work. I do like the Purolator brand though

Do you have any videos of this installed if nor can you make one. I want one just want to it in action
@wswiii3663 Sorry don't have one yet.
Very nice improvement on your design, I imagine remote mounting the filters ought to act as a bit of a oil cooler also, have you noticed that?
I honestly can't say but intuitively you would think that it would add some form of cooling as you have removed the oil from the heat source
You make a kit for the tahoes yet?
