Oh yeah you're on the west end of rancho we call it Cucamonga that city is very much Hood I know it has a lot of nice parts but that is the old neighborhood and then they have a lot of respect my uncle Chaa was from Cucamonga Kings!
Lived in the "West End" as a kid from '90-'98. Good times, lots of parks and open space. At that time it was known as "Heritage Village" or "Village of Heritage". This is the first time I'm hearing it called West End. We were in the Etiwanda School District and spent much more time in Rancho Cucamonga than in other parts of Fontana. The 210 wasn't finished yet and not sure if North Fontana even existed then.
Grew up in north Fontana, loved it, parents still there. Would move back in a heart beat, waiting for enough equity in my house in Bakersfield to move back with a decent mortgage
interesting how you break Fontana into "four" regions. I thought the more accurate breakup of regions are by zip codes: 92336 (North), 92335 (Central), and 92337 (South). The "west end" is indeed the hidden gem. after all, the Mayor lives in that region. The region is also referred to as "Rancho Fontana." You know when you're in the better part of the region when you're under the ETIWANDA SCHOOL DISTRICT. Central and South Fontana is where the Warehouses are, much better food, and where Hell's Angels Motorcycle Club was founded.
Your not wrong, I broke it up in a way that made the most sense to my buyers, and how people moving to Fontana general asses it. But thanks for your feed back.
@@OsiasSpeaks South should be its own section. Coming from east central fontana, I always thought southridge looked a lot cleaner. North, West, Downtown, South is how we used to split it back in the late 00's early 10's
Fontana has become incredibly and ridiculously expensive for living near industrial parks, traffic, increased home less, overpriced homes, crime and drugs. Save your money and move to rancho or upland area.
My thoughts on South Fontana a lot of my cousins they don't even claim South fontana being Fontana because it's so new the old part of Fontana is the best if you do your research Al Capone used to have a status house in Fontana back in the day when he was living in Chicago and the cops were looking for him and he was on the run he was come to my city Fontana and and hide out a lot of people don't know that and a lot!
Chris Remis - you can still smell Chino in South Fontana. Huge lots, but I cant for the life of me, stay outside due to smell of cow manure. Huge lots, but you cant even enjoy your backyard due to smell.
North Fontana CA is pack like a can of sardines everyone the North pays Higher Super taxes, High HOA all brand new homes (If you can afford it jump on North) All of Fontana CA very Clean city.
