We've been living in Rancho / Alta Loma for 7 years now. It's a nice place with everything we need in close proximity. The north side of the 210 the prices definitely go up as you referenced in the video. lol. That neighborhood you were in was really nice! We are 2 miles from Chaffey College but on the south side of the 210. Even 7 years ago it was stretching it to be able to afford to live down here. But I'm glad I made the move. Thanks for the vid. =)
Here's an honest view rancho Cucamonga was a nice city to live in till white ppl decided that the traffic out here was too much so they started buying property in l.a the ghetto ppl in l.a wanted to live with white ppl and rancho made alot of apartments. Now rancho is getting ghetto and whites are living in downtown again.
We used to live in L.A. when we moved to Rancho Cucamonga, we never looked back.
Youre like uncle Elroy inthe movie next Friday lol

Rancho really is an elite city
.Rancho is a beautiful city to live in, I have been living in the Rancho/Ontario border for about 5 years.
I have a house in Katy, Tx, but wife wants to sell it and move to Rancho.
I have lived in Rancho for over 30 years🫶🏾😊
Class of ‘93 EHS🙌🏾
I got the only house on the block paid for. That’s why I’m the king of Rancho Choke-a-mongus!
How’s the nightlife in Rancho?
It depends on what your trying to do, dinner spots and a few bars are cool, but I don’t know if any night clubs not really my scene these days..
@@OsiasSpeaks Yup, we love living peacefully in Rancho Cucamonga. It is different when everybody is busy earning a living.
Night life? Rancho is not for single people . Nice to live tho!
It’s beautiful there
Totally agree
Try Ken’s sushi. Seriously the best.
Alright I love some sushi till give it a try, thanks for the suggestion!!
Very informative!
Thanks J!
Haven city market
looks really pretty there, outside of the pricing, which is most of CA I think would be a good spot to move to.
Basically it's a more affordable family version of LA with most homes under $2 Million?
You got it!!
I’ve lived in rancho as a kid but it definitely doesn’t beat LA or Pasadena.
I definitely agree
LA has been a cesspool for years now. If you don't like peace and quiet, liking LA makes sense.
@@js83 yup exactly. And that LA traffic is horrible. Now a lot of people want to move over to this side in rancho and fontana and riverside
Fartknocker.

Wow. Racist af
@@alphasolutions7829 but true.
Sounds like you just assumed that they are ghetto because they are black.
@@alphasolutions7829 that's it? You just said your comment and when it's turns out to be wrong you just give up?
@@ismaelvelazquez7776 I clearly replied to you boy. Tf?
Rancho Cucamonga is overrated. The Etiwanda School District is good. The food is not good in that area.
Lmao CH-EAY-FEE College
Haha, I’m still not sure how to say it..
Too far from the sea
Too windy, too busy and overpriced. Houses everywhere.
