Hello dr sister... I love yr voice ....the way you explain.. today after having tried soo many receipts finally my turkish bread did puff up ... n I was soo happy seeing my bread swell like a balloon n it was soo soft....Thnks a lot for ur receipt❤😊
Thank you so much for this recipe, I intend to try it today! I just found you and subscribed because you sound like a lovely person and a great cook! Much gratitude from Australia. 🙏💕
I loved your video! Thank you for sharing! I am not a confident cook but your calm and soft narration sure did make this look doable! I will be trying this for sure! Thank you! PS- I have NEVER subscribed to anything on here, and I just did! I hope to learn much more from you!
Awww 🥰 Tina! Welcome to my kitchen! Yes this recipe is totally doable! Let me know what else you like to eat. I will post the detailed recipe if I know the dish. Let’s cook together and you will never have to say that you are not a confident cook 🤗❤️
We tried this with your mutton curry recipe for lunch today. And what can I say ... Finger licking good - both of them! And like you said - the bread is the softest ever - like little fluffs of cloud. Amazing!
Love your voice and your narration. Once you corrected the flour weight (perhaps you were thinking of the weight of two cups of water which would be close to 475 gems) we were on the way to success with the hydration level. Will try your recipe, but it sounds and looks brilliantly soft and delicious. A Turk would tell you Afiyet Olsun!
Ur recipe for Pita bread is fool proof & by far the best...was skeptical when U didn't knead the dough..but end result it puffed up & Soft & Yumm...love ur Happy voice too so soothing

By plain flour you mean whole wheat flour? Yes Greek yogurt is ok, just check if you may need to add some water if the dough doesn’t come together (because Greek yogurt is very thick). Yes you can half the recipe

That butter slab was looking like some big banana 😅😆😂 Best part is that white embroidery cloth that you used to cover the bread 👌👌 Thanks for sharing the recipe.... All the best🙋🙋
Thank you 😊 Yes warm milk with yogurt is a good idea too! Parsley flavor blends well with Mediterranean dishes. If eating with Indian curry then coriander would be better. The observation about pans is an interesting one. Thanks for sharing! Sesame seeds is also a great idea! Haha! I am glad that the cloth made you happy lol! Overall it’s a delicious bread, very worth trying! Thanks for asking me to post this 👍
I just made bazlama for the 21st time and it STILL comes out tough without puffing up. Finally got frustrated enough to look this up. I'm gonna try your tips!

Yes you could, just check if the yeast has bloomed enough, if not you could reduce the sugar instead of eliminating it completely. It’s not going to make the bread sweet
Great recipe, thank you! But I don’t understand why you keep emphasizing to not knock the air out after the dough rises and you’re forming the balls. Because as soon as you roll it out, you’ve knocked all the air out anyway.
For me it was a disaster 😅 my dough was too wet and sticky and I couldn't make it in a round shape because it was tearing all over. I'll try again next time🥺
Tip number 0. At the very beginning when the yeast is rising in water with the sugar don't add salt. Yeast doesn't like salt [google]. Add it when you see that the sugar has started the yeast. And then add the flour.
Hi poopgamer lol! Yes I used a non-stick pan. It was an electric stove top. Did you follow my tips? And even if it doesn’t puff up it will taste good, so don’t worry :)
