    This is an excellent video for somebody like me that is just starting out with stream deck. I have not even plugged it in as yet as I suspect it will take quite some time to set up. I think I will be using more of your videos to give me further assistance, as I have a number of custom icons I will need. This particular video has been a great use and I’m surprised how easy it is to make customised icons Thankyou for taking the time. I have liked and subscribed.

    That is brilliant - I managed to make a set of icons in next to no time and they look consistent and far better than anything I had come up with previously, Thanks.

    Great tip! I too use Keynote for everything BUT "corporate" slides😂. Mainly for creating diagrams of my video production routing, but this is an easy "hack" for creating buttons. Thanks. YOU actually convinced me initially to get a Loupedeck and then immediately quickly order a Stream Deck due to all the weird Loupedeck workarounds that annoy you and would probably annoy me as well. So now I have both.
    The fact that you use Keynote how you do made me realize we think more alike then I initially thought when your Loupedeck reviews were disappointing me having already ordered it.😂 But I think Stream Deck is the way to go--at least until Loupedeck shifts their UI design out from under the hands of the "Wozniak" people and into the hands of the "Jobs" people.

    Hi, very cool. Very motivating. I was already using Keynote (or PPT) as a vector based paint program instead of for presentations. But this tip is even better. Thank you very much. I will try, if it will work on the iPad version of Keynote as good as this. :)

    Alec, this was really helpful! My version of Keynote is newer and different, but I figured it out. I ended up getting the "XL", so now I have two stream decks. 😬

      @@TakeOneTech I figured you would like to do an update on it and could get it done pretty quickly. I’m loving the stream decks and can’t wait to get everything programmed.

    Couldn't get Keynote to work. As I use Windows I can only use the web Keynote version and the instructions don't match. Otherwise an excellent set of tutorials so far.

    What is the program you use to have the circle around the cursor and ability to magnify that circle on demand? These videos have been super helpful. Thanks for doing these.

      The program I use to show my cursor and zoom etc... is called ProMouse... I made a video about that too! th-cam.com/video/USCVKafnLow/w-d-xo.html

    Does Elgato publish the actual resolution of the buttons? It would be nice to create the icons in the exact size so there would be no scaling.

    • @TakeOneTech
      @TakeOneTech  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      The resolution of the buttons on Stream Deck is 72 x 72 pixels.... however I make all of my icons a minimum 300 x 300 px.... call it future proofing! The stream deck app will scale down accordingly. :-)
