The rules are all fine and dandy, but there is no explanation that tells you how many cards you get per turn.

Nicanor Garza you pick up 2 cards at the end of you turn + 1 for every knight showing the a side

So each turn is the txt on a city or city expansion activated or is the txt only applicable the first time you gain a city or city expansion???
