Great job. Very informative and easy to understand. If you ever get back into video making, consider editing. Just don't need to see you screw in all 6 screws. Otherwise I really enjoyed it.😂 👍👍
Had mine since 2011. Just died on me last week. Wont charge past 41 percent. I often used it to power my CB radio from inside my house. Was getting ready to take it apart, but something told me to find a video on how to do it first. Good job.
Thanks! Will change mine out. I was using my air compressor when it started smoking!😯 I stopped it but it still jumps off batteries or did. Now it won't hold a charge. It has enough upmh to jump off batteries that those small jumpers just will not handle.
I have the same model, i just don’t know how the battery is such junk??? With mine ive never had an issue. I purposely blew up the 1st 1, then we bought a 2nd 1 for the sole reason that it has never failed me, ever. I have it charged once every 2 months or anytime its been used. All you need is a 2.5watt solar panel to charge it with the 12V n almost 3 yrs its still running like a champ.
i see the original is a valve regulated lead acid battery, does it have to be that or can it be a sealed lead acid? would it do any harm to install a sealed lead acid? are they both the same? i have this model, a friend gave it to us because it didnt work anymore because it wouldnt hold a charge(she bought a new one), i want to make it work so when the power goes out when its hot my mom can have at least a little bit of air from a fan(she has a heart condition and needs the ac to breathe)
I think a sealed lead acid battery will work. Just take the old battery to the store and ask for a similar replacement. If I remember correctly, mine used the sealed Lead acid battery.

The base is rubber. Remove the two aft screws to let it flex down. Then remove the backplate.
Good, clear video. Thanks

Thanks for the vid. Came in handy
Thanks for the video. Can I use a 20ah LifePO4 battery instead? Will it be compatible with the XP2260?
Same question. Do you have the answer?
Thanks for the video buddy
