Hi Emily If running tubeless already do you need need to drain out all the fluid first and then refill the same amount after fitting or do they just squeeze in ?
Hello! No, i just pop one side of the tyre off, and then put the insert straight in with the sealant still in there. It's a bit like putting a tube in where there's a bit of a tight bit but then it pops on. Then I'll add a little bit more sealant just to make up for the amount that will coat the insert, and pop the tyre back on. Just make sure that the tyre bead sits in the central grove on the rim (you'll sort of have to push it almost "under" the insert to get it into the central grove around the rim), so that you have enough slack in the tyre to get it on.
It depends on the tyre. Something wide with a thin sidewall (i used 2.5 WT EXO), then no, surprisingly easy (though there is a knack to it, but I got that off a youtube video!). Steel bead DH tyre - quite a bit harder.. haven't tried with a folding DH tyre yet.
You are dancing down that trail, amazing!
🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
Some sweet looking trails there 😍
They sure are!

I have a different insert but I totally agree. It changed my bike in a good way.
Are you running them in the front and rear?
Yes I am. So good aren’t they!
@@EmilyHorridge I haven't tried one in the front yet, just the rear. I will have to try it and see how I like it.
3:18 Hauling ass!! 🤘
Emily, are you running the PRO inserts?
Hi Jamie, yes I am 👌🏻
@@EmilyHorridge thanks!
Are they a pain in the fud to mount?
