Yes alen I'll be careful. I have five eggs now and I am so excited. Pray that all should hatch. Your taming watchlist was very useful. 13 are tamed but 3 are left.
I live in Finland, the neighbor of Sweden. Although I have never heard the similar law in Finland, the pet shops wouldn't sell you the bird if it will be alone. The shop assistants ask how many birds you already have, the condition of your home, the bird care experience you have, before they consider selling the birds. Also the price of a budgie is higher than in many other countries, it is about 65€ per budgie. That also helps preventing impulse purchase or as toys for small kids.
If I move one of my budgies away from my other budgie the other budgie just doesn’t get happy any more so I have to keep them together if I want them both to be happy
@hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh See that is not a good training method. If you separate bonded birds, they wont trust you as much cause they wont be able to see their partner

Before I started watching youtube videos about budgies it never crossed my mind to have just 1 budgie or clip their wings. That seems utterly cruel to me. I'm from Germany though and every pet shop will tell you to get at least 2. They would look at you like you're a monster if you'd even dared to ask if they are clipped, let alone if they could clip that bird for you. Same with other birds here though.
