If 33,000 are confirmed dead and we are talking about at least 10-15 civilians per target that means 2,500- 3,000 hamas killed. It becomes a HORRIFYING 1,036,000, nearly half the Gazan population cleared for the taking by A.I., where half of the Gazan population are kids. But your math missed some people I believe: Total (minimum) allowable innocent civilian deaths due to "low-level target strikes" from untargeted bombing of homes: 558,700 civilians Calculations: Total allowable collateral damage: 37,000 targets * 15 civilians per target = 555,000 civilians Total allowable wrong targets = 37,000 targets * 10% margin of error = 3,700 civilians This assumes everyone was a low-level target. If we got the % that were high-level then the number of allowable death would go up.
One more point to add to your great effort. Ita well known that the fighters are not allowed to use mobile phones at all... Sadly this makes the kill list 100% killing only regular people based on the data that the IOF AI programs has.
