- We had the pleasure of being joined in the studio by comedian Bassem Youssef as he kicks off his The Middle Beast tour.
He came by JOE Towers to chat about Israel's ongoing campaign of violence against the Palestinians, the West's complicity in war crimes being perpetrated by the IDF and Benjamin Netanyahu's government, and how the media needs to be more responsible in its coverage of the bombardment of Gaza.

I've lost track of the number of articles I've read and TH-cam videos I've watched on this topic and this is far and away the most insightful. This entire interview was simply brilliant because it stated the facts simply with no attempt to spin them. The whole idea of evangelical Christians accepting the Jews as the "chosen people" would be funny if it were not so dangerous. And all the points Bassem made regarding the absurd hypocrisy this genocide has presented to the world were right on target!

I defo agree with sanctions, but from listing to protestors it sounds more like they want us to declare war on isreal. Which I dont think will ever happen.
