Muro di Sormano from Italy (near Lake Como) is quite similar (1.7km with 15.5% average, with max between 22-25%)... we just rode it and it's crazy... same as you said, hard to pedal and filming at the same time ;-)))
Should have gone round the corner to San Sebastian, for the Ulia Brutal! 15.5% for 1km with 37% bits. So hard to stay on your bike as it's in trees with damp patches.
