I was in the hospital 6 weeks. From a physical rehab standpoint what you are showing makes sense. Can you talk to me about subtle body yoga without fluffy woo woo which you and I are not fans of? What are you trying to do? Where is this supposed to lead to? How is it supposed to lead there. When I was driving taxi 100 hours per week as a young man I used to put my little street guide book in the arch of my back between my back and the seat to prevent back pain. You feel not excessively fluffy and trust you but I am not learning about subtle body yoga. Don’t care; love you anyway even if I can not figure out subtle body Yoga. Breathing into my Chakras does something but might not be subtle body yoga.

Excellent, as always. I modified the supine twist to keep my knees apart and feet flat on the floor. It was a lot easier on my back and worked well for me.
