I love your complete practice. I am an almost 76 year old woman with arthritic knees and yet I can do this whole practice with very little modification. This is the best practice that I've found. Please make more videos similar to this! Thanks for doing this.
I LOVE your 30 minute and 50 minute yoga practices. Being a 62 year old woman with sciatica and back issues, these are the only videos I have found on line that improve my back instead of aggravating it. I do one of these videos almost every day , I also think that Sharon is a great teacher who explains the moves beautifully as well as having a soothing manner and voice. Please make new videos as I have searched many videos and yours are the best ! Thanks for making these for everyone to use.

Loved this! Great instructor, I have been teaching pilates for 30 yrs and haven't done yoga in 10 yrs? This was excellent as I have had two major injuries due to chiropractors, sacrum and neck. This was great, wasn't pretty but felt good. Thx for recording

I've been doing yoga for about 5 months now. I found this video yesterday and followed it this morning. After completing it, I felt more relaxed and focused than with any of the others I've tried. Thanks for the video, it's now my daily routine.

Very first position (child) is one many older people can't do as their knees won't bend like that. Doesn't give confidence this teacher understands issues for many old people.

I can do it but it hurts and I’m like “Why would I want to force my legs in to a bow legged position?” It‘s not for me.
Well I did about as good as the puppy in the class.
