    Thank you Kristine. thank you for the inspiration. I am teaching this to my students soon for Mindful Sundays. It is a balanced and relaxing practice. 🙏🏾

    Beautiful and bountiful belly care. A couple days ago I received a seasonal broom analogy for the sweeping away of the bad in the belly with plant based fiber. The day after Halloween I planned to share the timely fiber broom tip and had a Subtle Slow Stress reduction flow from Christine’s program planned... but now am newly very excited to save my former plan and slide this new Gut Brain plan under my fiber broom 🧹:}. Thanks for the timeliness of this well matched session :)
