    INGREDIENTS:-
    1/2kg Potato boild and peeled and crushed with hand.
    2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Green chilli crush.
    FOR TEMPERING:
    Take pan put oil add
    1tsp cumin seed
    1tsp Mustered seed
    2stalk karipata Once it splutters then
    Add 2tbsp Ginger Garlic Green chilli paste and
    1/2tsp Turmeric powder
    1/2tsp Garam masala or malwani masala
    1/2tsp Redchilli powder spicy
    4tbsp coriander leaf chopped Mix all well and add potatoes crush and mix well and vada masala is ready.
    Now once the masala cools the make lemon size balls and keep aside
    VADA BATTER :-
    250 gm Chickpea flour add
    salt
    1/4tsp Turmeric powder optional
    2tbsp oil
    2 pinch soda bicarbonate (MITHA SODA)
    1) Add water slowly make medium thin Batter and wisk the Batter till it become frothy or very light
    2) Take water in a bowl and drop the Batter in water and if the battar flots then it is perfect to make vada.
    3) Take one ball made up of potato masala put it in battar Take out and drop it in to hot oil and once it cooked then the vada is ready to eat make all the vada like this.
