Corvette E-Ray | Not An Electric Vehicle

Instead, it uses the power of an electric motor to boost the performance of the vehicle's drivetrain, making it the first Corvette to feature all-wheel drive (AWD). While the Corvette E-Ray features a battery and electric motors, it is not a plug-in vehicle and only needs to be fueled with gasoline.
The Corvette E-Ray combines a 6.2L LT2 V8 engine with an electric motor, delivering a total of 655 horsepower. The electric motor powers the front wheels, providing instantaneous torque and improved traction, especially in challenging driving conditions. The E-Ray can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in just 2.5 seconds, making it one of the quickest Corvettes ever produced. Additionally, it features advanced technologies like a performance-oriented traction management system and a regenerative braking system that helps recharge the battery during braking.

Not the best horsepower vs tq explanation 😂 but beautiful Eray. On a roll tq is a factor, top end speed is affected by horsepower. The eletric tq in a roll w the V8 noise is what we're looking for no doubt.
